The staff were very polite and hospitable.
Rooms are a little small but that is reflected in the price
The staff is very friendly, fist when I arrived they gave me a room that wasn’t according to what they presented on Booking so they was willing to change the room for me. The rooms are anyway looking old, I mean the furniture and the finishes, but acceptable, clean.
The location is good, but not in the center, not near to the city centre where are all the touristic places, but if you just need a place to stay is 10 minutes walk to a mall and metro station.
The breakfast is not the best. They have bread, some cheese, some vegetables and some jam, honey.. also Turkish tea, the coffee is instant:(
In the other day, they had boiled eggs but they weren’t boiled properly.

The hotel is an excellent value. It's clean, quiet, the location is good (close to a metro station), the WiFi is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the free breakfast is good.
It was summertime and the AC functioned as a fan only. I informed the staff, they tried to fix it but couldn't, so they offered me another room with a functioning AC. I declined because I didn't want to pack and move in again. They really should service their ACs as it's an extremely important factor for a comfortable stay.

Location is great, it's just in the middle of old city, you can reach all main sight seeing facilities by walk.
Room preparation took longer than usual, we waited till 5 PM.
Super close to the metro, supermarkets and mall if u need smth. The room was super convenient, comfortable and clean, also had a terrace. The breakfast was tasty and the was always there to help if needed.
