J'ai aimé le fait que le personnel est vraiment génial, à l'écoute et répond aux attentes. J'étais avec ma fille et vraiment ils ont été adorable.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que j'avais choisi cet hôtel à 90% juste pour la piscine... Et après avoir reçu un mail quelques jours avant la date d'arrivée je leur ai demandé d'absolument m'indiquer si la piscine ne serait pas accessible car je voulais faire plaisir à ma fille pour son anniversaire et lui prendre un hôtel avec piscine intérieure et chauffée.... On m'a confirmé que je serai tenu informée. Arrivée j'apprends que la piscine n'est pas encore assez chaude en cours de chauffage.... Le lendemain j'y vais elle est glaciale. Et 3eme jour rien a faire j'apprends finalement que la pompe est en fait cassée et qu'elle est en attente de livraison donc vraiment déçue par rapport à ça. La nuit à 4h30 du matin j'ai été réveillée par des véhicules d'entretien dans la rue... (Bip d'alarme,bip de recul etc...).

I really enjoyed Marseille and staying at the hotel, but for the price there is a couple small adjustments they can make
Pros:

The property was in a great location, the staff were excellent and extremely understanding and supportive, it was also clean.

Cons:

The breakfast food was very limited and didn’t look appetising to me personally.
There’s no waiting area.
The gym was tiny and basically pointless if you’re someone who likes to lift weights.
The parking process was a little bit complex, the ticket the hotel issued didn’t work for us on one of the days and that was very frustrating considering how much it cost.

Lovely clean bright and comfortable room with lovely hotel staff
Pros:

We had a lovely, bright, clean room. We loved the two sets of traditional French windows and quiet street. The staff were all very warm and helpful. The location was great for exploring Marseille on foot. We would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

We didn't book a room with breakfast included, which was a good thing, as I found the 19 euro breakfast was over-priced and pretty basic when I had breakfast. But that's ok, there's a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a Monoprix nearby on Rue de la Republique where you can buy some decent breakfast provisions or have some breakfast in any one of the nearby eateries.

Pros:

Personnel agréable et possibilité de laisser ses valises en conciergerie, accès à la piscine sans supplément, très jolie déco, bien situé par rapport aux transports et au quartier du Vieux-Port.

Cons:

Insonorisation à revoir, nous entendions les voisins du dessus et d'à côté, chambre un peu petite, joint de la douche moisie, petit déjeuner à 19€ (trop cher donc pas testé).

La proximité des différents sites de Marseille qui se font à pied, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel

Cons:

Le peu de transat et donc de lieu où mettre ses affaires si les 2 transats sont déjà utilisés!
