Pros:

Läget var bra och vackert i Ville d’Hiver. Nära till stranden och centrum. Fin terrass där man kunde sitta och njuta, och dricka/äta egen dryck och snacks.

Cons:

Vårt rum låg på källarvåningen, vilket kändes instängt. Det innebar också att det var myggigt på vår lilla uteplats. Eftersom det inte fanns någon air condition behövde vi ha gardiner och fönsterluckor stängda så mycket som möjligt. Det var trångt och omodernt i rummen. Hela anläggningen luktade på ett märkligt och påträngande sätt.

Tolle Lage im Villenviertel, Innenstadt oder Strandpromenade gut zu Fuß erreichbar. (Die Innenstadt von Arcachon ist bunt und quirlig, es gibt viele kleine Läden, Cafés und Restaurants.)


Schöner Pool mit schattigen Liegeplätzen, große Terrasse wo man zB noch abends ganz entspannt ein Glas Rotwein trinken könnte (oder im klimatisierten Aufenthaltsbereich im großen Pavillon).
Sehr netter Empfang mit ausführlichen Erklärungen. Leihfahrräder können zum Hotel bestellt werden und werden auch wieder abgeholt. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz Zimmer schlicht ausgestattet, aber sauber und Größe o.k. (mit Küchenzeile). Man kann das Frühstück flexibel dazubuchen, die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß aber lecker und gut.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern - wir hatten um ein Zimmer auf der Westseite gebeten, was wir auch bekommen haben, da war es mit Ventilator und Holz-Klappläden dann auch an den heißen Tagen auszuhalten.
Das Schwimmbad ist nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet.
Es gibt keine Bar oder wenigstens einen Getränke Automaten.

Zum Glück waren wir nur zwei Tage da.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Parkplatz waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht sauber und im Bad war ein großer schimmelfleck. Zudem hat es unangenehm gerochen und auf unsere Beschwerde hin haben wir kein neues Zimmer erhalten. Es kam Personal um den Schimmelfleck zu überstreichen und den Staub und die spinnenweben zu entfernen.

La beauté et la grandeur du batiment, son style. Sa localisation près du parc mauresque et du centre ville.

L'emplacement est parfait 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Le parking gratuit rare sur Arcachon.

Cons:

Le principal inconvénient c'est le manque de climatisation. Juste un ventilateur. il serait préférable d'en mettre un 2ème. Avec les grosses chaleurs, ce fut difficilement supportable.

Alte Villa im schönen und ruhigen Villenviertel von Arcachon
Pros:

Die Villa Regina liegt im historischen, schönen und ruhige Villenviertel Ville d‘Hiver in Arcachon. Das Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und schönen Boutiquen sowie der Strand sind in ca. 10 Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer/Studio ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück konnte vor Ort für 12€ pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Auto kann kostenlos auf dem Privatgrundstück parkiert werden.

Cons:

alles etwas unpersönlich und anonym, was selbstverständlich auch der Grösse der Unterkunft geschuldet ist
