Basic hotel, good location, good amenities in the room.

Good location and close to local amenities.

Cons:

There were no facilities to pay by card for the booking, and cash was requested at check in. I had to get cash from the nearby cashpoint to pay which was an inconvenience due to charges to take out money. I would have expected to be able to pay by card or the payment to be taken directly by the hotel from my payment method given at booking.

Een zeer teleurstellend verblijf met slechte hygiëne, achterstallig onderhoud en een dramatisch slaapcomfort.

Eigenlijk niks. Maar als ik toch wat moet noemen, toen we hadden geklaagd, kregen we een ander appartement. De vrouw die ons hielp was wel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ons eerste appartement was simpelweg niet geschikt om gasten te ontvangen. Er stonden nog etenswaren van eerdere gasten in de koelkast, het appartement oogde vies en ongebruikt, de stoppenkast stond uit met het deurtje eraf, er was geen tv, geen douchewand en er lagen geen handdoeken klaar. Na onze klacht kregen we uiteindelijk een ander appartement.

Helaas was ook dat appartement ver onder de maat. De bedden waren ontzettend slecht; de veren waren duidelijk voelbaar en de kussens waren extreem hard en hoog (dit waren geen kussens om op te slapen), waardoor slapen onmogelijk was. De handdoeken waren oud, vies, versleten en niet eens hetzelfde. Voor één van onze dochters ontbrak zelfs een laken, waardoor zij uiteindelijk onder een handdoek heeft moeten slapen.

Daarnaast was het raam naar het balkon gebarsten en zorgde een melkglasraam zonder afdekking ervoor dat de kamer de hele nacht verlicht bleef. Onze kamer lag bovendien aan de straatzijde, recht tegenover een karaokebar, waardoor het erg rumoerig was.

Ik begrijp eerlijk gezegd niet hoe deze accommodatie een beoordeling van drie sterren kan hebben. Dit was zonder twijfel één van de slechtste accommodaties waar wij ooit hebben overnacht.

La piscina muy tranquila y limpia.
La chica de recepción, muy bien.

Cons:

El frigo no funcionaba bien y tuvimos que tirar bastante comida.
La cortina de la ducha está a rajada y se salía el agua y, además, la alcochafa de la ducha también estaba rota y eso era un aspersor.

Försökte lura oss att betala cash att deras kortläsare var trasig, men när jag sa jag ringer booking så fungerade den helt plötsligt och det gick att betala med kort. Strömmen gick flera gånger. Reception obemannad, fick ringa på en klocka så kom de till receptionen. Alla gästers uppgifter fritt att läsa i deras block, namn , personnummer , telefon nummer - ingen GDPR??
Slitet överallt, smutsiga glas och tallrikar, sängarna knakar, poolen är skitig alla bord och stolar riktigt slitna. Insyn i badrum från grannhus, ingen gardin eller insynsskydd.
Otroligt lyhört, låter som man har puben på andra sidan gatan i sovrummet.

Comodo pero mas atencion y organizacion

La falta de atencion de una persona que este en recepcion, nos hicieron pagar en transferencia porque no tienen datafono
