I loved the feel of this place. It was great value for money. The breakfast whilst extra was reasonably priced and good quality. Staff very helpful. We had a room with a view, and what a view that was. Would definitely recommend this property and am pleased with our choice of accomodation in Segovia. (Also loved Segovia).

Would have liked to be able to stay longer
Teníamos reserva para el viernes 15/05 en este hotel y, viendo cómo empeoraba progresivamente la meteorología, intentamos reaccionar con responsabilidad desde el primer momento.
Somos un grupo de personas aficionadas a la aviación deportiva y ultraligera, una forma de viajar que nos permite recorrer largas distancias de manera asumible para familias normales, no por lujo, sino por pasión. Nuestro desplazamiento previsto desde Barcelona hacia Segovia terminó convirtiéndose en una situación de riesgo real.
Las previsiones meteorológicas continuaron deteriorándose y finalmente las recomendaciones aeronáuticas fueron claras: realizar el vuelo suponía poner en peligro nuestra seguridad.
No hablamos de comodidad ni de un simple cambio de planes. Hablamos de personas tomando la decisión de no jugarse la vida.
Se contactó directamente con el hotel y posteriormente también con Booking, enviando además informes meteorológicos aeronáuticos oficiales acreditados por AEMET, mapas SIGWX y documentación técnica donde se recomendaba expresamente no realizar el vuelo.
Aun así, no se valoró absolutamente ninguna alternativa ni flexibilidad y se procedió al cobro íntegro de la reserva sin la menor consideración hacia una situación excepcional, perfectamente acreditada y relacionada directamente con la seguridad de seis personas.
Entendemos perfectamente lo que significa una tarifa no reembolsable. Lo que cuesta entender es que, mientras nosotros tomábamos la difícil decisión de no despegar para proteger nuestras vidas, la única preocupación del hotel pareciera ser garantizar el cobro completo de las habitaciones.

Hôtel très accueillant, confortable, très beau, situé dans une rue piétonne tranquille et disposant d'une petite terrasse engazonnée où il est très agréable de se poser pour lire ou prendre un verre.

La cercanía al centro, el tener aparcamiento y las instalaciones
Es un hotel pequeño, en el que se han reformado varios edificios historico, conservando los cimientos originales que incluyen un sistema de cavernas muy interesantes. Ello no desmerecer del confort del edificio. Tambien son a tener los jardines con vistas a la muralla y el alcázar. El personal ha sido muy amable.
