Pros:

Monica on reception made us feel so welcome. She is a real asset to the hotel and sets the standard for what excellent customer service should be. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Room 603 was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The only downside was that we could hear the shower and toilet from the room next door, which woke us a few times during the night.

Cons:

Our only disappointment was one member of staff, a woman with a ponytail in the breakfast area. The dining room was almost empty, yet we were told we couldn't sit at an unoccupied window table. When we politely asked why, no explanation was given. As paying guests, this felt unnecessary, especially given how quiet it was. We also received no warmth or customer service from this staff member during breakfast and later experienced the same rude, discourteous attitude in the outside bar area. We didn’t return to the bar or breakfast because of this “customer service.”

Centralna lokalizacja! Polecam!
Pros:

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - obiekt w ścisłym centrum, blisko plaży, restauracji, sklepików. Miła obsługa, czysto i schludnie. Na plus - pyszne owoce do śniadania(melon, pomarańcze, brzoskwinie). Piękny widok z balkonu!

Cons:

Śniadania - bardzo przeciętne- codziennie to samo; brak warzyw, słodkości - nic specjalnego. Wyjątkowy pobyt wśród samych pensjonariuszy ;-) - nie wiem czy to ulubione miejsce starszych osób (nie żeby mi starsi przeszkadzali- ale chyba nigdy nie byłam w obiekcie z tak liczną grupą seniorów- tak z 90% gości!). Pokój 3-osobowy bez okna, ale bardzo przestronny.

La ubicación es excelente, al igual que el personal.
Mención especial para uno de los camareros llamado Manuel, una auténtica maravilla de persona.
El hotel está limpio y es correcto.
Las camas bastante cómodas
Te permite alquilar parking muy cerca

Cons:

Las habitaciones que dan al patio de luces son muy oscuras.
El patio está muy sucio, deberían pintarlo y arreglarlo un poco.
La parte de abajo del patio, lamentable!
El agua de la ducha se sale dejando el baño inundado.
La calidad de la comida es justa.
Las almohadas de trozos de espuma, bastante obsoleta e incómoda.
El cuarto de baño un poco anticuado.

Disappointed!!
Pros:

The location was superb.

Cons:

I was very disappointed about the a/c not working, I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, but nothing was done about it during my stay. However one young man that worked on the front desk offered me a fan,which brought a little relief, because it was extremely hot there.
