Thank you Crystal Apartments,you were the best host ever!
Pros:

I came here as a solo traveler to CT for the first time and I knew I picked right immediately I got to the apartment. Everywhere was so clean and organized! The views were breathtaking,security was 100%. I never had any cause to fear during my stay. The daily housekeepers assigned to clean did their job so well too. Overall,I enjoyed my stay here and I’ll recommend it to everyone because I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in CT.

It was memorable
Pros:

Apartment 114 at The Crystal Apartments was a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout the stay, making the overall experience even better. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Camps Bay.

Der Ausblick grandios. Personal sehr freundlich. Prinzipiell sehr schönes Appartement. Die Betten bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet und Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner. Toll!
Es war im Mai allerdings sehr frisch in der Wohnung, Dates keine Heizung gibt. Es fehlen definitiv Haken für Handtücher, diese konnten aufgrund der Wetterlage kaum trocknen. Haken für Jacken und ein Stromadapter für Föhn fehlten ebenfalls.

Pros:

Schone frisse accommodatie, heerlijk zwembad. Lekkere bedden en het uitzicht vanuit de loft over zee is adembenemend! Dichtbij restaurants en de zee, heen lopen en terug een uber (hoogteverschil).

Pros:

Nice area, away from the busy strip, easy access to parking and our room, decent view and nicely laid out grounds with a very nice and clean swimming pool

Cons:

The layout in our room was odd, no facilities for my wife to do her hair, ie plug point and mirror together, there was a mirror in the bedroom but we had to ask for an extension as the plug was hidden behind the sliding cupboard draws and not accessible., and the bedroom had 2 sliding draws that when closed the bedroom became a small box with no air-conditioning and when we opened a cupboard next to the bed there was a boiler inside, very weird.
The main lounge kitchen area is dominated by a breakfast console that takes up do much space and makes the room feel so much smaller, plus the extractor fan above the console is low and you bang your head on it, after all that we had a great stay once we adapted to the room, its just a pity that after so much design bd monet was spent on these apartments they missed out on the snaller guests conveniences that would have made our stay perfect.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Pool&Meerblick- sehr gepflegt
Pros:

Zugang zum Garten&Pool auf einer Ebene ( Poolebene). Meerblick wunderschön. Saubere Zimmer sowie die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Durch das Badfenster zum Treppenhaus- hört man das schlagen der Wohnungstüren enorm, bei frühen Abreisen kann das schon mal vorkommen. Bedingt durch die Winde pfeifen die Türen schon mal, kam ab und an vor. Die Klimaanlage hatte nur eine Einstellung- die lag bei fast 100 Prozent- hätte diese gerne reguliert.

Needs maintenance
Pros:

The apartment was a good size, nice big bed, the bathrooms were very clean and modern, and they provided a washing machine/dryer in each apartment which was a bonus. The view is stunning, but note that not all apartments have a clear view of the beach. The staff were super helpful and let us come back after checking out to use a spare apartment to shower in before our flight and leave our bags there.

Cons:

If you are looking for a 4* apartment, this isn't it. It would have been 4* back in 2010's, but a lack of maintenance means that a lot is requiring maintenance. The first room we got given (room 115) we couldn't even get into properly as the lock was dodgy, we didn't get a good beach/sea view (even though the block had empty apartments with better views), and the sofa bed rolled out every time you sat on it. The leather chairs were cracked and there were marks on the walls everywhere. They moved us into room 109 which felt much better but the carpet was disgusting and needs replacing. Although they give you a washer dryer, they don't provide washing tabs, so you have to go buy them yourself which seems a waste buying a small box to only use 1 or 2 during your stay. They also didn't replace our towels during house keeping. Overall, if you're looking for a 3* apartment close to Camps Bay with a pool this is a good option, but we thought it is expensive for what you get.

It was clean

Cons:

Worst 2 hotel night of my life. Wall are made of paper, we could hear everything that happens. First night we had the neighbors fighting all night, literally till 5 in the morning. Second night just noise of other guests. Looks fancy on the outside, but did definitely live up to the luxury vibes
