Pros:

Tout c'est un endroit exceptionnel, le personnel est très attentionné et aimable.

Nous avons été surclassé sans frais, nous avons eu la suite Gotham au 25e étage !!! Je n'en croyais pas mes yeux: l'étage juste pour nous avec 2 balcons privés, vraiment incroyable.

Évidemment c'est impeccable !!!

Je le conseille fortement , c'est a 700 mètres de Times square, très bien situé.

Le stationnement est payant juste en avant de l'hôtel.

Buena ubicación, cama y baño perfectos
Pros:

Reservamos la habitación estándar más sencilla, son amplias, modernas, frescas y muy cómodas. Tiene Minibar donde te regalan $10 diarios para consumir. La gente muy amorosa, nos impresionó que todos los días nos cambiaron las toallas, a pesar de dejarlas colgadas para que se sequen. Muy practica la ubicación, al lado de todo lo entretenido, la 5ta avenida, Bryant Park, Time Square, los teatros de Broadway, y para ir a otros lugares el metro esta al lado.

Cons:

Nos quedamos en el piso 6, en días de semana hay gente trabajando en el edificio del frente de 7:00am a 20:00 por lo que hay que cerrar las cortinas.

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean; comfortable beds (even the foldaway bed was comfy!); staff was amazing - so nice and friendly every single person

Cons:

just that the tv didn't really work - we weren't in the room much so it was mostly ok

Great location to stay

Super stay at The Gotham Hotel!
Pros:

The front desk staff were super welcoming and friendly.
The rooms were clean.
The Juliette balcony was great.
Very conveniently located if travelling by train/tube, and in walking distance to Times Square and other popular sight-seeing areas.

Wonderful place for a perfect stay in NY
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Exceeded our expectations. Location is great, hotel is very comfortable and offers very qualitative amenities. We had a room with a balcony on the street side : fantastic view and no noise when windows closed.
