Breakfast was good apart from the fish it was over cooked
Was disappointed that the spa facilities were not working.
Good location
We booked a 27m2 room but it was only 14m2. The staff insisted it was a Superior Room. We forfeited one of our three nights and went home early. Generally shabby hotel.
The room was spacious with 3 chairs. Unusual in our experience.
The dinner menu. Not changed over the week. No dietary provision eg gluten free, diabetic.
No table for us on Friday when we arrived at appointed time. Large bus party in. We had been overlooked/ignored.
No toilet brush provided!! Unheard of.
Lovely place, friendly staff and excellent food.
Road was noisy but not there fault.
Friendliness, location.
Nothing
The breakfast was good with freshly cooked food
The location is ideal for town centre We stayed at the Hotel last June snd there has been a big improvement in the hotel
I have stayed here previously and location is good as a business trip.
Has free parking.
Staff are really friendly
Costs can be a little ovepriced
Spa and lobby/bar area
Room could do with some tlc some screws, and rust were starting to show
Easy parking. Bed was very comforatble. Pool was very clean and perfect for a short swim. Some staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was not well planned out. Tiny shelf for tea and coffee facilities. Very hard and uncomfortable armchairs. Buffet part of breakfast only worked well when only a few guests were using it. When busy there was a long wait for slow toaster and buffet items were not replaced quickly enough (bread, croissants etc..)
Lovely hotel, with friendly staff and great facilities and services.
The staff was great, the diner was great. Shower great.
Hotel under construction, missed that while booking. I think because of that the restaurant in not a nice setting. Matras needs replaced.
Beautiful building, staff friendly and breakfast was so nice.
Warm bathroom, couldn't turn the radiator off but it wasn't a problem otherwise I would have asked reception
We had dinner one night which was quite nice and breakfasts were also good. We appreciated the lift as my husband has a walking stick.
Room was quite small as well as the bathroom. Shower over the bath causes more problems with water all over the floor. There was no body wash, shampoo or conditioner except a very small bar of soap that could have been used for body and hair.
Lucky for us I had my survival kit with me which included all of the above and more. The room we’re in now in Oban is smaller 😩but since being in Europe I’ve realised that anyone going overseas needs to book at least a superior room, not standard if you want more room.
The staff were amazing and beautiful hotel
Not a thing… WiFi could be a little better but useable.
Lovely and clean, great facilities, very friendly staff and great food. Great location for travelling around the lakes
