Comfortable room, good location and breakfast
Absolutely lovely hotel, staff were amazing and very welcoming. Room was very clean and plenty of towels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, water bottles which was a lovely touch. Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and cold room was beautiful and very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and a lovely variety.

Free car parking, colour scheme. The lady on reception worked so hard and was so friendly and helpful. She was a one woman show. The kettle wasn’t working and she sorted it out straight away. Quiet rooms - you could not hear any of the other patrons. The pool was open even though the website said that it wasn’t.
The pillows were not comfortable. The room was really hot even with a fan (this was rather small for the room). We were not keen on a soap bar being for both hair and body. The dining room for breakfast is small meaning that you had to give an exact time that you would dine and then you were seated at a table rather than being able to choose where to sit.

Could do more with the outside space and we were previously informed that the pool was out of action but it actually was in use.

Good location near many lakes and hikes, lovely staff and the breakfast was very tasty. Rooms are modern but small. Parking is available.
No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. Room was very small for two people including a small bad. Spa beds were uncomfortable and pool was very cold. There was no dressing gown or slippers available in the room, should be included for the price paid eapecially considering the hotel has wellness facilities.
Very Maintained, also very clean and lovely place to stay at. Car park was perfect!
