Pros:

Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. Location was brilliant and all areas of hotel very clean and presentable

Cons:

Acees to a rear car park signage needed to be clearer, I went in through top entrance panicked and thought only the spaces out front were available

Pros:

Tyler is a wonderful assest to the company, hes so friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. Im fact all the reception team that we met were very helpful and friendly, as were the restaurant team - well done

Cons:

Maybe clearer signage about the rear car park, but tgats only a minor, now we know its there in addition to the front parking area, it wouldn't be a problem at all

Excellent time spent with children and grandchildren spent for family member birthday treat.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, staff in all areas excellent, everyone so happy and willing to help, great time with grandchildren in pool, staff and conditions in poool changing room and toilets 100%.

Cons:

You would be hard to please if you find anything not to like.

Pros:

I liked the location, lots of greenery, parks, shops, the sea nearby.
The pool and jacuzzi are nice, the hotel itself is not.

Cons:

The hotel's first impression is good: the reception desk looks quite modern upon entering. But upon seeing the lobby and room, the impression is disappointing. The double room is too small for a couple, and the lobby is very narrow. The hotel is dated, there is no air conditioning, the double room is small and beds.

Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free parking was good. Breakfast buffet standard but fine. Little garden area was surprisingly nice! Lady who checked us in was so nice and so helpful.

Cons:

A bit shabby. Our rooms were up some stairs (no lift) in a maze of dark little corridors which felt very oppressive. Towels clean but small. TV was rather confusing and limited

Beau séjour mais un peu cher.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner extra.

Cons:

La fenêtre de notre chambre( 243) donnait sur un genre d'extracteur qui faisait énormément de bruit.
Nous étions au 2ème étage sans ascenseur- très fatiguant.

Lovely but hot.
Pros:

Large. Good parking. Nice staff and a short walk (5-10 mins) to the start of the beach strip. Staff was awesome. Room was clean if not basic

Cons:

Hotel doesn’t have AC and we were there in a UK heat wave. Room came with a fan and it cooled down outside but the windows only open 3”.

Great food but dated decor
Pros:

First time we’ve been there. We were booked for the Spanish buffet. Food was tasty and good quality. The interior is a bit dated and the drinks prices were quite expensive but then it’s a 4* hotel so was expecting that.
