Pros:

Everything. Great location, fantastic staff, rooms clean and spotless. Whole place was clean. Beautifully decorated.

Pros:

En liten oase utenfor allfarvei, med kort avstand (med bil/sykkel) til Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Ekstremt hyggelig personale som hjalp oss umiddelbart med våre spørsmål, og la bort hva enn de drev med for å bistå oss. Anbefales for sjelefreden!

Viaggio con animo sereno e regala sempre un sorriso.

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza in Francia e abbiamo già una grande nostalgia della splendida Camargue, dei suoi luoghi e delle sue persone fantastiche. L'Hotel La Tramontane, sede del nostro soggiorno, ti accoglie fin da subito con un gran sorriso e ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Dominique, che ci ha accolti all'arrivo, è una persona stupenda e di un'estrema gentilezza. Anche il resto dello staff che abbiamo conosciuto merita una menzione speciale; possiamo descriverli solo attraverso i loro bellissimi tratti caratteriali: 1. Fantastica e sempre pronta ad ascoltare, mettendosi a completa disposizione con un gran sorriso; 2. Estroverso, veloce, attento alle esigenze dell'ospite e sempre sorridente; 3. Calmo, riflessivo, pronto a risolvere ogni problema e con un costante sorriso negli occhi; 4. La signora “buongiorno”, che ti accoglie sempre con dolcezza e profonda simpatia. Tutto il rimanente personale dell’Hotel La Tramontane che abbiamo incontrato nella struttura risponde sempre al saluto con un "sorriso vero". La nostra camera era pulitissima e il servizio giornaliero impeccabile. Ottimo il comfort del letto e utilissime le zanzariere montate sulle finestre e sulla porta-finestra che guarda sul giardino. Ci siamo sentiti accolti proprio come in famiglia. In conclusione, si percepisce chiaramente che c’è una splendida organizzazione del lavoro, unita a una forte armonia e serenità tra tutto il personale. Al meglio non c'è limite. Chi si accontenta gode. Potrei dare dei suggerimenti come chiunque altro, ma sono idee del tutto personali e quindi discutibili.

Schönes Hotel mit Pool in der Nähe des Vogelschutzgebietes.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel, die Doppelzimmer sind ebenerdig mit einer kleinen Terasse um den Pool anggelegt, wie kleine Condos. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr schön, tolle Liegen mit Schirmen. Von der kleinen Poolbar kann man Getränke, Coctails, Eis und Kleinigkeiten bestellen, die frisch zubereitet und serviert werden. Das Personal ist super nett. Frühstück auch sehr gemütlich, reichhaltig und gut. Da das Vogelschutzgebiet in der Nähe ist, gibt es süße Vogelfamilien im Areal, Reiher und Flamingos kann man fliegen sehen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten in einigen Bereichen renoviert werden. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört.

Was man braucht. Beste Klimaanlage!
Sehr gut ist auch, dass Toilette und Bad getrennt ist. Auch für lange Aufenthalte wirklich toll. Mit Balkon und super Anschluss zum Pool. Richtiges Urlaubsgefühl.super Frühstück mit tollen Lokalen Produkten und alles was man braucht. Toller Poolbereich.

Cons:

Leider schwierig auf den ersten Blick zu finden - da die Hofeinfahrt etwas versteckt und von der Straße nicht direkt ersichtlich. Poonutzung länger wäre schön gewesen :) vorallem wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist - und erst Abend zurück kommt.

Leider war das verlassen/ zurück kommen am Abend bisschen herausfordernd. Kurze Erklärung wäre cool gewesen. Aber zu jederzeit ist jemand da, den man fragen kann. Auch Late Check in- problemlos möglich!
