Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön mitten im Dschungel und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.
Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und der Gemeinschaftspool ist wirklich wunderschön und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das freundliche und stets höfliche Personal.

Der private Pool ist zwar sehr nett zum ansehen. Mehr aber auch nicht. Es gibt keine Liegen zum entspannen, dies habe ich auch gleich beim Bezug des Zimmers bemängelt und gefragt ob es möglich wäre Liegen zu bekommen. Nein, es war nicht möglich! Außerdem ist es komplett Überdacht und es kommt somit keine Sonne hin..

Cons:

Der größte Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Statt eines Buffets muss man bereits am Vortag genau 1Hauptspeise+ 1 Saft pro Pers. von der Karte auswählen. Dazu 1 Stück Brot mit Butter, 1 Obstteller und 1 kleines Dessert – das war's. Falls man Eier Benedikt bestellt werden diese bereits auf einem Brot serviert und es gibt dann kein weiteres Stück Brot. Wer danach noch Hunger hat, muss zusätzlich bezahlen. Wir hatten dies extra nachgefragt und haben auch mitbekommen, dass andere Gäste dieselbe Auskunft erhalten haben. Umso ärgerlicher, am letzten Tag zu erleben, wie eine große indische Familie beim Frühstück weitere Speisen bestellt hat und diese mit der Aussage serviert bekam: „Heute müssen Sie das ausnahmsweise nicht bezahlen.“ Das hinterlässt leider den Eindruck, dass hier mit zweierlei Maß gemessen wird. Besonders störend war dabei, dass sich diese Gruppe während des Frühstücks sehr laut und fordernd verhielt und gegenüber dem Personal nicht besonders freundlich auftrat. Trotzdem wurden ihre zusätzlichen Wünsche ohne Aufpreis erfüllt, während anderen Gästen ausdrücklich mitgeteilt wurde, dass jede weitere Bestellung bezahlt werden müsse. Außerdem sollte man für das Frühstück sehr viel Zeit einplanen. Das Personal wirkt bereits bei wenigen Gästen überfordert und die Abläufe sind extrem langsam, obwohl eigentlich genügend Mitarbeiter vorhanden sind.
Auch das Zimmer hatte einige Nachteile. Durch die weißen Stoffjalousien lässt es sich kaum abdunkeln. Unsere Villa (Kunti 2) lag zudem so ungünstig, dass jeder vorbeilaufende Gast direkt auf unseren Balkon schauen konnte, was die Privatsphäre einschränkte.
Der „Zimmerschlüssel“ besteht lediglich aus einem Vorhängeschloss. Der Safe wird ebenfalls nur mit einem Schlüssel verschlossen und verfügt über keinen Zahlencode, was nicht besonders sicher wirkt.
Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Shuttle-Service nach Ubud. Dieser fährt jedoch nur zweimal täglich (11:00 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr) und es gibt keinen Rücktransfer.

Villas spread in big jungle area secures privacy for everyone.Clean ,well maintained, welcoming and friendly staff. Great escape if looking for peaceful retreat style ecoresort nestled within jungle and rice fields.

Cons:

If gluten intolerant the food options are very limited, no speciality cafe and plant based milk available.

Perfect relaxing jungle experience close to central Ubud.
Pros:

If you are looking for a villa to explore Ubud and more northern parts of Bali, look no more. We had a very nice 7 day stay here. The atmosphere, the jungle and the very nice staff, made us feel like we were in paradise. The inside of the villa is clean, the shower and bed is perfect, and you can of course expect some Bali insects here and there, but I was very surprised how few we actually encountered. We had our own pool, and there is also a larger pool at the main area of the hotel, and you even find a third pool at the spa area.
Perfect spot for small families and couples, both if you want to relax and explore. It´s only 15 min. drive from central Ubud, surrounded by the nicest rice fields, and you are able to walk to two waterfalls nearby. They also provide free rides to central Ubud every day. They have massages, both at your villa or in their spa area close to the small river running through the jungle. Two times a week they have a free beginners yoga session in the morning, make sure to start your day with yoga in the jungle!
The food was good and they are serving smoothies, drinks and food all day until 22:00.
Looking forward to coming back, and if you are ever in doubt of what to do, the brilliant staff members, and especially Made from the reception, are always there with great suggestions!

Cons:

The outside terrace wooden decking could maybe need an upgrade, but that´s the only thing this perfect place is missing.

Einmalig und wundervoll!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für tolle Ausflüge rund um Ubud - wir haben super Erfahrungen mit dem Personal machen dürfen, da alle immer stets Hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Dian hat uns sehr geholfen uns in Ubud einzufinden, sie hat uns alles erklärt, uns unsere wunderschöne Villa gezeigt und war stets für Fragen offen. Man kann sich hier überhaupt nicht beschweren - der Ausblick ist ebenfalls ein Traum!
