Pros:

Very great property and facilities around beach was a close walk snacks by the pool were great and staff were very helpful

Cons:

Roomed had a weird odour probably from the toilets shower water kept over flooding due to water not going down right, bed sheets were not changed which was not very hygienic I understand eco friendly but if there for longer period should atleast be changed every 2 days

קיבלנו חדר שלא דומה למה שראיתנו בבוקינג …
זה היה מאוד מאכזב בעיקר שהשקענו את מיטב כספנו כדי להתפנק והחדר שקיבלנו בפועל - קילופים בקירות, המזגן מעל המיטה טיפטף לי על המצח כשהדלקתי אותו בבוקר מהמיטה,
שני המזגנים עשו רעש מעצבן כיבינו אותם והפעלנו את מאוורר התקרה וגם הוא טיקטק כל הלילה…
הדלת הזזה בקושי זזה וויתרנו על לסגור את החדר.

לטענת צוות הקבלה זה נחשב החדר שהזמנו ( חדר עם דלת הזזה) ניסינו לדבר איתם ולהראות להם את התמונות בבוקינג הם נפנפו אותנו ואמרו שבערב יבדקו אם יכולים להחליף לנו חדר-בפועל לא דיברו איתנו מרגע הצ׳ק אין וגם אנחנו לא רצינו להתעסק בזה כדי לא להוריד את המצב רוח בכל זאת חופשה

מצד שני הנוף היה מהמם
ומתקני המלון היו ברמה גבוהה כמו הבריכה שהייתה מהממת
והבר בערב והברמן שהיה אדיב בטירוף
חזרנו אליו כל ערב והצוות במלון מאוד חמודים והעיצוב של המלון מהמם✨

Pros:

The rooms are very clean and the staff is super nice. We loved our room and the cleaning team cleaned our room every day, made the bed and provided new towels if necessary. The hotel restaurant is absolutely amazing. I recommend eating dinner at the hotel at least once. But the hotel is also located a short walk from many other restaurants and beaches

Cons:

The pool bar wasn’t the best, but it’s nice that it’s there. You need to make a reservation for dinner at least early the day before since they do not have many tables for dinner. I think this must be because they value their service very high, but the dinner was also the best we had while staying there.

Prachtig hotel voor ontspanning
Pros:

Mooi hotel met veel aandacht voor detail. Er hangt een ontspannen sfeer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is mooi en comfortabel en wordt goed schoongemaakt. Ook hebben we genoten van de yogales en de gym. De gym is niet groot, maar toch vind je er alles wat je nodig hebt voor een complete workout. Bij het ontbijt was er veel keuze. Ook zijn er op het hele terrein veel leuke plekjes om te zitten. Je kunt ook vanaf je ligbed via een app drankjes en eten bestellen.

Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt was echt niet te drinken. Zelfs mijn partner die niet kieskeurig is in zijn koffie kreeg dit niet weg. Gelukkig op de kamer wel een nespresso apparaat, maar de cups worden niet bijgevuld en moet je zelf bijkopen. Dat is voor deze kamerprijs teleurstellend, al helemaal omdat de koffie bij het ontbijt niet te drinken is, en bij het hotel waar we hiervoor sliepen werd dit wel bijgevuld.
