Magnifique séjour

Bel endroit
Pros:

L’endroit est beau et reposant. Belles piscines et décorations.
Très bon restaurant.
À 15 minutes à pieds de la petite plage et des restaurants.
J’ai appris à la fin de mon séjour que j’avais été upgradé. Merci pour cela !

Cons:

La connexion internet n’a pas fonctionné durant tout mon séjour. Le check-in à faire soi-même. Le premier soir la tv ne fonctionnait pas et le dernier soir je n’avais pas d’eau chaude.
Le comportement du personnel à la réception, et du manager/ propriétaire qui manquait d’élégance.

Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel with very relaxing vibes. It has everything you need for a perfect stay, great views, good pools with freshwater, nice cabanas, excellent service and most of all this special atmosphere where guests feel taken very good care of. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and after a few days we felt that we do not want to leave and prolonged our stay twice. It had this kind of special atmosphere where everyone has its personal space but in case you need something, it is instantly taken care of. Very clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, towels were changed daily and our room was sparkling clean, thank you. It is a short walk away from Agia Pelagia’s beach but the atmosphere was so relaxing that we enjoyed every moment of these beautiful grounds. An excellent stay, thank you Katerina and your wonderful team ❤️and thank you lovely Olena who took such a good care of us at breakfast. We hope to come back soon!😊

Pros:

Hatte Superior Zimmer. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht im Irida. Sehr grosses neu renovierte Zimmer welches sehr schön eingerichtet ist, das Bett war auch super bequem, Bad ist unterteilt in ein Raum mit WC und Lavabo, nebenan die schöne sehr grosse Dusche, tolle Terasse gleich neben dem Pool, aber super abgetrennt so dass man für sich alleine war.
Hatte für das Abendessen einen Tisch auf Terasse reserviert mit schöner Aussicht , das Essen war fantastisch, ebenso das Frühstückbuffet. Auch die Bedienung war super lieb. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber, es ist immer jemand irgendwo am reinigen. Nach 18 Tagen Kreta und 7 verschiedenen Unterkünften war dies unseres schönste Zimmer

Cons:

Hier gibt es nichts zu reklamieren.

Beautiful quiet hotel in Crete
Pros:

A really excellent property with lots of sun loungers and 2 pools. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach if you want that. The beds are very comfortable, not rock hard. And the restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast too

Cons:

They didn’t offer black tea at breakfast or in the room.

Cons:

Vents act as an interphone. We could hear other people somewhere else like speaking in the room.
The cold water in the Jacuzzi destroys the overall experience.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the hotel’s design is beautiful, relaxing, and creates a very calm atmosphere.
Since our flight was early in the morning and we had to check out before 7:00 AM, the hotel kindly offered us a breakfast box. However, the breakfast box was quite basic and simple — it included a plain cheese sandwich, a pear, and a biscuit. It was appreciated, but we expected something a little more varied and special.

“המלון נקי מאוד, והסגנון והעיצוב שלו יפים ומרשימים. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים עם נוף מהמם לים. ביציאה מהחדר יש מרפסת נעימה שאפשר לשבת בה וליהנות מהנוף והאווירה השקטה.
במלון יש שתי בריכות עם נוף מדהים, והאווירה הכללית מאוד רגועה ומפנקת. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת, מגוונת וטעימה מאוד.

High quality hotel without anything to wish for
Pros:

Lovely staff, very nice gym and yoga area, good breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory food, nice pool area and a big room (we took a larger one); very well kept garden with lots of lemons and pretty plants and friendly, vaccinated cats
also the a la carte restaurant had very nice food for a fair price

Cons:

air con in the room didn’t work so good, but as we stayed in late april it wasn’t necessary so much
