Rejuvenating, relaxing, nourishing, spectacular views
Pros:

I love the rainforest, the massage therapist did an incredible massage, love the sauna, the staff were super helpful and accommodating when I arrived exhausted from an overnight flight at 7am. I felt very taken care of and being in a particularly tough life season right now that meant more to me than I realised it would. The food was great. Oh and the chocolate tart was amazing too!

Cons:

The smell from the fireplace smells a bit weird near the lounge area and reception. Better TV options as I couldn’t log in to my streaming services outside of Australia

A massive thank you to Jibin for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, hi outstanding
Pros:

What I really enjoyed about our stay was the food, the beautiful interior of the resort, and the room itself. However, the highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the manager, Jibin.

Jibin went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we experienced issues with the TV in our room, he did everything he could to resolve the problem and even arranged for us to move to another room to ensure we were looked after. His professionalism, care, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our overall experience.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the issue with the TV not working properly. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and greatly appreciated the effort Jibin made to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful location, staff were lovely

Cons:

That there was no power when we got there, that the room we booked was filthy windows were dirty there was black mould through out the place dusty as hell so we were given another room which wasn't to much better really had dirty windows and dirty bathroom our smoke alarm had something stuffed in it , mattress on one of the king bed were two different sizes pushed together, for the amount of money spent was terribly disappointing,

Cons:

The accommodation was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment; however, it did not include a kitchen or kitchenette. In our view, a two-bedroom apartment would reasonably be expected to have at least basic kitchen facilities. If no kitchen or kitchenette is provided, the accommodation would be more accurately described as two-bedroom rooms rather than an apartment. Clearer descriptions would help manage guest expectations and avoid confusion.
