Friendly staff who were very welcoming, easy check in, lovely premium room and views at a great price.
The bed was two singles put together so uncomfortable for my husband and I to sleep on unless we kept away from the middle where you dropped into a ravine! Otherwise, everything was lovely.
Love the location
The night we went, we felt that we were left waiting for our meal because of our nationality. Have been here before and got exceptional service, but this time the service was zero very disappointed in the waitress at restaurant on the evening. We ended up eating in our room which food was cold. This was after my husband having multiple panic attacks, which was very scary due to being so far out in the bush that it would have taken ages for emergency services to get there.
Great location, friendly staff, dinner was beautiful.
Decor was very dated
Everything was exceptional
Nothing I can add
The resort was wonderful and comfy. Dinner was exceptional!
They went above and beyond to rectify a situation the BOOKING .com were useless at!!! Gevan Manager of the resort was instrumental in our stay which we totally enjoyed so much! He really made our stay so pleasantly beautiful I could only recommend this resort NOT booking. Com!! Amazing stay
The only recommendation I would make is to be clear when booking breakfast that if two people book the room their should ben2 breakfasts! It's a raw deal booking for 2 and no one usually looks to see breakfast is for 2? Generally that is an assumption wen you book 2 people the expectation is for 2.
We stayed in self contained accommodation which is separate to the resort apartments. We were 4 women looking for a quiet nourishing getaway together and it was perfect. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a bathroom adjoining each bedroom. The bedrooms were spacious with two comfy arm chairs in each room if u wanted a quiet space. The kitchen and living room in between served as the central space with a big deck off the living room which looked over rain forest back to the city. We had massages at the spa which were great. Didn't go to the restaurant as we were happy in our own space. Lovely staff who were very welcoming. Well kept grounds. Weather was wet so emwalks limited. This is an older complex but is very comfortable and we would absolutely love to return.
It was the perfect place fir our group.
The view and breakfast
The facility wasn't clean toilet had mould and shower drain was blocked with old hair not clean at all,
It was truly luxurious!
Tv wasn't working and door for the view was
Locked so we couldn't open it BUT that doesn't take away from our beautiful stay! Xxx
The property was very old luxury. Quite intimate and well catered
The views were absolutely phenomenal! Great access to walking tracks.
The hotel is dated but it has real charm. The main lounge with the mezzanine library is neat.
There are not a lot of options for lunch dinner unless you want to drive back to Titirangi.
The hotel has a fully equipped restaurant, but while the food was lovely it is a bit pricey.
The venue is surrounded by lush forests.
The room we were in was old and very cold as it’s only single glazed windows.
Beautiful location, comfy beds, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, well tended grounds.
Lounge was quite cold in July and the fire could have been put on before 5pm to make it a more appealing room to sit in.
Very Quiet and Peace..
The view was beautiful
To be honest it felt a bit eerie in some of the hallways
