The view is good.
Good cooked and continental breakfast
We were in room 14 and there were constant knocking noises coming from somewhere
This room was also above the kitchen and the smells coming from the kitchen was not always pleasant
The mat in the room was very dirty
The bathroom was not clean and behind and around the toilet was very dirty. Do not know when it was cleaned last
The views were incredible, the apartment was nice.
The apartment had a stale odor, perhaps they should air it out often. It was musty and could've been freshened up.
Absolutely stunning resort that is so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are large with gorgeous balconies. On-site restaurant with delicious food. Staff are very friendly. We are regulars and are always treated like royalty.

Good environment
The hidden reception area makes the driver hesitate where to go, especially at night. Better have a sign or guidance (eg: drive ~3 minuets all the way down for check in) at the entrance
The location was amazing, so beautiful the views and what we enjoyed the most, the chimney at night
You could smell all the food from the kitchen in the room, and I even had to ask them to change the towels because they smelled like fried food.
And the noise… omg! 😅 I could hear all the kitchen staff chatting, and it didn’t really stop until around 10pm, when they finished cleaning.
And then, to top it all off, there was the room next to us… it honestly felt like there were no walls between us! You could hear pretty much everything.
What a beautiful hotel with incredible views
The setting is amazing off the beaten path immersed in native forest very relaxing.
Unexpected highlight of the day was the restaurant great value and I will return for a follow-up stay just so I can try everything on the menu.
The staff were incredible to deal with.
The only thing that would be an improvement would be an additional blanket in the room.
Love location and surroundings
That we had to pay the $200 deposit that I was not aware of. Needs to be included in the costs
