Great hotel, but experience was soured by non-transparent additional taxes/fees.
Pros:

The hotel location and facilities were excellent.

Very happy w the lounge access and quality.
Pros:

The location is really good, close to the central train station.
The star was very friendly and helpful.
The lounge very good and especially if you got a Cross floor room w included access.
The breakfast was really good with many choices both western and Japanese.

Cons:

A couch in the room would have been better than a table and 2 dining chairs.
