Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station, and the breakfast buffet is awesome, with many options to choose from.

Cons:

We could hear other guests stomping about and running around in the room above us.

Highly recommended hotel
Pros:

Large , bright , very clean rooms, onsen with panoramic view, evening snack bar and extremely helpful staff.
We left airpods in the room but they were found and sent to a hotel in Tokio , where we were continuing our trip. Thank you so much !

Pros:

Breakfast was great with a bit of French influence. Top floor sento and lounge was a pleasant surprise

Cons:

The bed itself was not as comfy you might expect in a place of this caliber. Didn't understand the bar situation with the advertised one price hourly charge
