Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Generally praised as very clean with daily fresh towels and good housekeeping, but isolated issues reported (mite/bug bites and at least one report of a glass with liquid behind curtains) lower the score slightly.
Service
8.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; check-in/out smooth and staff assisted with amenities — a consistently positive point across reviews despite a minor luggage-handling preference noted by one guest.
Location
7.6
Many guests liked the views and proximity to attractions (Skytree, Asakusa, Akihabara), but several comments noted the hotel can be a bit far from the station or lacks nearby convenience stores, making location mixed.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are typically small and compact (standard for this brand), with some issues: loud AC/bright light in one room, mattress complaint, limited wardrobe/storage — overall functional but with notable drawbacks.
Amenities
8.1
Strong on in-room amenities (yukata, toiletries, bottled water, kettle, multi-platform TV, instant coffee/matcha) which guests appreciate; however onsen and some F&B options are absent and laundry facilities received criticism.
Value for Money
8.8
Frequently described as affordable with good price-to-quality (several guests explicitly mention excellent price and APA value), making value a clear strength.
Food and Beverage
7.3
Breakfast offerings were described as tasty and sufficient by some (four different breakfasts noted), but several guests noted no included breakfast or onsen option at this price point, producing a mixed score.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall positive impressions: clean, friendly staff, good amenities and views lead to a generally favorable stay despite small rooms, occasional cleanliness or laundry issues, and some location trade-offs.

掃除が手抜き。せっかくいいのに台無し。
Pros:

簡単で利用しやすい

Cons:

掃除されていなかった。部屋にはいった時にヌメっとしたものが机に溢れていて、気づかずにPCを置いたらPCが汚れて不快になった。
