静かだけど・・・
Pros:

周りは、マンション等が多く、とても静かです。

Cons:

飲食店やコンビニが近くになく、不便でした。景色も見えず、ちょっと残念だった。

Buen alojamiento en Tokio
Pros:

Vistas del río y de parte de la ciudad desde la ventana de la habitación. Los detalles que suele ofrecer la cadena APA a sus clientes: yukata, tv con múltiples canales, etc.

Cons:

Que no tuviese onsen, o desayuno incluido, como otros hoteles de parecido precio.

Pros:

清潔を信頼しています。
設備もいつも新しい。

Cons:

今回、布団をめくると髪の毛が数本あり、シーツを替えていない訳ではないと思いましたが。(海外では安い宿は替えない所もあるが)
お手洗い部分も少し臭う。
前回の同じの場所の宿泊や、今までの他のアパホテルでもなかった事だったので少し残念でした。

Sauberes und solides Hotel
Pros:

Ich liebe APA Hotels, da sie sehr sauber sind. Zimmer haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank, was sehr praktisch ist. Bett war bequem. Die Straße nicht zu hören gewesen. An die Leute, die sich über kleine Zimmer in Japan beschweren: Sucht euch ein anderes Reiseziel aus ;)

Cons:

Alle subway Stationen waren mindestens 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das war etwas ungünstig.
