Pros:

Hôtel moyen, proche de l'aéroport. Nous avons été surclassés à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vraiment basiques, le confort et la décoration sont sommaires. L'hôtel prend l'eau à plusieurs endroits et de l'eau s'est infiltrée par les fenêtres de la chambre lors de notre nuit sur place. L'une des chasses d'eau ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dîné au restaurant, nous avons pris un plat destiné aux enfants dans le menu, non épicé en principe. En réalité il l'était, les enfants n'ont rien mangé mais le serveur nous a fait livrer des fruits en chambre pour s'excuser.

Pros:

The room, although it's a bit old in the family room but it is very clean. However the other tower the rooms (unique Room) the rooms are more modern and very clean too. The gym is okay, many equipment needs to be fixed.

The location is very convenient, many food places nearby, Mini mart and even a souvenir shop just 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Bathrooms were not good. There was a gap in bathroom doors due to which water splashed out and the whole floor out was wet

Pros:

The only thing that was good was the front staff. Always smiling and greeting.

Cons:

We booked two nights so we could spend Nyepi Day peacefully. When we arrived at the room, the sight was terrible. There was mold everywhere and a very strong mold smell — it was almost impossible to breathe. You could clearly see it on the walls and cabinets. It looked like they had tried to paint over it, but the mold was still coming through.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. We asked for a refund, but they refused. We didn’t even sleep there and found another hotel for a similar price that was three times better.

We got upgraded rooms that had fresh renovations and looked awesome, amazing friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Basically i would say that kids room is not really exciting, its only open 9 to 5, there is no attending staff and its tiny and only habe couple things for kids of really small age and thats it
