Nice room. Great staff.

Perfect location to walk all over downtown. Comfortable room. Nice pool. Free downtown shuttle.

Cons:

Tiny cups for drinks at breakfast. I used a coffee cup every morning; it holds 3 times as much.

Pros:

Location was great, very walkable for city activities. It is also close the free shuttle pickup. Breakfast options varied on the days we were there which was nice.

Cons:

Only one person working at the front desk meant they were spread very thin to attend to guest needs.

It was meh.

Located near the highway.

Cons:

Floors not clean, television didn’t work with Netflix after I signed into my personal account, staff was not friendly at all. The Memphis location is the opposite so I was surprised. Parking garage is difficult.

Excellent location and great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel and great sun trap in the pool area. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It was a last minute booking and we even turned up a couple of hours early having miscalculated the travel time - but this was not a problem with the reception and they let us check in early. Would stay here again

Noisy Room
Pros:

The location is very central to attractions. The problem with the property is it located on a busy street so it is very loud if your room is facing the street. We were on the fifth floor but can still hear the noise. We had to leave the fan on for the central AC to drowned out some of the noise. Free breakfast was average for a hotel. It is $18.00 to park your car. All the staff are very pleasant. We received a late check out to 2pm without a charge. I would only stay at this hotel again if I can get a room not facing the street. I think the hotel knows there is a problem because they charge extra for rooms that do not face the street.

Clean, easy, great location, didn’t get to use the pool but it looked fun!
