Breakfast was not we usually get at a Hampton Inn, not sure what some of the food was and there was no decaf coffee. Room ammenities were not up to standard.
Should have had more than one chair for two adults. An extra towel rack in bathroom would have been useful.

The sausage at breakfast was pretty bad. Also, hotels should consider pool rules that prohibit children after a certain hour.

ADVERTISED ON BOOKING.COM website that we were booking a TWO BEDROOM suite. TWO SEPARATE ROOMS WITH QUEEN bed. There is no such thing at this hotel. We were given ONE ROOM with ZERO PRIVACY. Just one open floor plan. We were then charged $265!!!!! By booking a “2 room suite”when all the room rates there were around $130-$170 online. The hotel staff stated on two different instances that they completely understood that we booked at this location because a 2 room situation is what we needed for our traveling arrangements and for various personal reasons. The hotel stated that they would issue a complete refund if they were able, but they could not because booking charged my card so my payment went through booking.com not through the hotel. The PM and the AM staff both told me they would gladly refund completely and understood our precarious situation, but they instructed us to call or contact booking.com for the refund I took screenshots of what was advertised and showed the staff trying to help me. No one at the desk knew how to take a visa gift card payment that we had -to begin with but that was the least of our worries at that point we had traveled all day and had to get up at 6 AM and leave the next day… So we just gave up trying to find a solution and one of us ended up sleeping on the uncomfortable couch and the other slept on the very hard and uncomfortable queen bed. For extremely personal reasons… We had booked what we thought was a two bedroom unit as advertised. We were told by the hotel staff that there were no such rooms there and they did profusely apologize but said we would have to contact booking for our refund. Please please help.
I am extremely upset that my card was charged $265+ for a small room, UNCOMFORTABLE bed and uncomfortable situation we weee placed in and would request a full refund to my card. Please help! I have used booking.com for 15 years, and have never had this issue, thank you. HELP!
The people were super nice! Nice property
The bed was extremely squeaky. Myself and my family couldn’t move on the bed without waking the others because of the squeaks. The shampoo bottle was completely empty in the shower.
Very nice property. The room was very updated and clean. The hotel location is very convenient to tourist attractions. We walked to all of our destinations. The staff was friendly.
I didn’t care for the protein choice for breakfast. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast as stated. Not a deal breaker.

Great location downtown! Once we got our bearings, we walked everywhere. We stayed in a 2 queen suite on the 3rd floor. Street noise didn’t bother any of us. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is just ok, nothing to write about. We actually opted out our 2nd day and went to city cafe diner instead. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and room was clean. They clean rooms every other day, but I asked them to clean ours daily and they did so. My only issue was the digital key and our room keys. Both worked great 1 day, after that they work 1/4 of the time. They were having system issues they said. Mark at the front desk and Carlos were very helpful through all of this. Tried to check out digitally with my phone and never got a confirmation. Finally called the hotel and their system was having issues again, but the front desk checked me out and emailed my final bill to me. Some glitches, but the staff accommodated and I would stay here again.

Tiny cups for drinks at breakfast. I used a coffee cup every morning; it holds 3 times as much.
Location was great, very walkable for city activities. It is also close the free shuttle pickup. Breakfast options varied on the days we were there which was nice.
Only one person working at the front desk meant they were spread very thin to attend to guest needs.

Floors not clean, television didn’t work with Netflix after I signed into my personal account, staff was not friendly at all. The Memphis location is the opposite so I was surprised. Parking garage is difficult.
