The trip was worth it.
Pros:

The location was beautiful and the service was exceptional.

Cons:

The second day of our trip we didn’t have hot water and it was very uncomfortable to shower but because the resort was so wonderful it didn’t take away from the trip.

Beach was great, pool was great, breakfast Staff was great as well. Beach was nice. Drinks were OK. In general, ok.

but the bar area STINKS, there is something that smells terrible and very unpleasant. Walking close to building 8 or 9 there is a "PUDDLE" in the plants of stagnant water that is rotting and stinks. 5 days that water stunk up the whole place. The elevators cant fit more than 1 person and one bag. The rooms where messy, TV cables hanging and dangling, the last ngith we had an infestation of small flies and flying ants. VERY unpleasant. Food was slow, service was bad, confusing orders. Yet the staff were very nice. There were two days at 5:45AM a leaf blower was going on. 5:45? WTH! Very disappointed.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay, no complaints.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, nice staff. Property is close proximity to water taxi, other properties for exploring restaurants, and convenience store.

Cons:

Ran out of beach towels in more than 1 occasion, gym needs more attention- updated equipment, towels, yoga mats, resistance bands, sanitizing spray/ wipes

Cuando llegamos el personal de seguridad de la playa ni se molesto en ayudarme con las maletas. La recepción no te avisa de lo que podriamos hacer en el hotel, el encargado de informarnos sobre las actividades no te informa de nada uno tiene que estar diciéndole al final no cogí nada pero luego me enteré que habían cosas interesantes para hacer.
El baño no tenia ni champu ni jabón para el cuerpo

Mal por qué perdí $.260.00 ya que booking me hizo una reservación con otra fecha la cual era para otra fecha y ni ellos ni el hotel me resolvieron y perdí la reservación, no me quisieron hacer cambio de fecha y les avisé desde el 4 de junio , lo cual para me es un pésimo en todo
