100 jaar te laat
Pros:

Ontbijt en de personeel bij ontbijt. De ligging is uitstekend. Hartje centrum in echt prachtige plaats (mn park).

Cons:

Zakelijke ontvangst, geen sfeer in hotel en op kamer, spa was niet open, geen bronwater uit de badkraan (weet het is detail, maar als je het zelf als Hotel als USP benoemd, moet het het natuurlijk wel doen). Niet gewend om bij Booking separaat ook nog eens toeristenbelasting te moeten betalen. Zal wel verkeerd gelezen hebben.
Kortom allemaal niks om echt over te klagen, maar opgeteld beetje teleurstellend.
Als ik foto op de gang zag, gewoon 100 jaar te laat ;-)

Pleasant spot in the heart of the city
Pros:

We had a great time at the hotel. First of all, the gentlemen at the reception was very kind and helpful, giving us excellent advice about restaurants and the thermal bath options in town. Our room was on the top floor with a beautiful view. We appreciated the 'Rituals' bathroom products. The hotel is very conveniently located: you step out of the front door and are in the pedestrian area, with all attractions close-by. Breakfast was good, but not extraordinary. The info folder in the room contains a "pillow menu", a very nice feature; however, we discovered it too late.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we discovered the "pillow menu" in the info folder too late (as we were not so content with the firmness of our pillows).

Pros:

Schönes, nostalgisches Hotel und top Frühstück. Hier fehlt nur noch Sekt.

Cons:

Zimmer im DG (5. Stock) sind für Menschen über 1,80m nicht geeignet wegen Balken. Sonst schön eingerichtet. Zu Beginn beim Check-In wäre ein Hinweis auf den Spa-Bereich hilfreich gewesen.

Kann ich jeden nur empfehlen
Pros:

Die Zentrale Nähe zur Stadt. Das Frühstück am Bett. Der ganze Flair war einzigartig.

Cons:

Dass das Thermalwasser für die Badewanne zum zweiten Mal nicht funktionierte was weiterhin nicht schlimmes aber wir hätten uns schon gefreut wenn warmes Thermalwasser Haus fließen würde. So haben wir halt nur ganz normal geduscht oder gebadet. Weil es gibt zwei Anschlüsse einmal normales Wasser und einmal Thermalwasser, das muss ich noch hinzufügen.
