Pros:

Great location. Easy and friendly check in. Outstanding health spa and pool. Restaurant was nice but unfortunately our food was not hot and thet charged me for a cup of hot water when I used my own night time tea bag. Young lady whos erved us in the restuarant was super friendly and good fun. Secure parking for our motorcycles.

Per le mie due prenotazioni, la mia seconda recensione : trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questa struttura. Desidero ringraziare in modo particolare il Direttore Claudio per la sua straordinaria disponibilità e prontezza nel risolvere tempestivamente una mia esigenza. Un plauso va anche al personale della sala colazione in particolare a Irene, sempre estremamente gentile, professionale e attenta. Tornerò sicuramente! Lo consiglio a tutti, tra l' altro la struttura è immersa nella natura e pet friendly. Tutto molto bello.

Situation exceptionnelle
Pros:

Situation magnifique, proximité de la douane de Livigno, très bel hôtel au bord d'un petit lac, vue sur les montagnes magnifique.
Excellent petit déjeuner, restaurant très correct!
Nous étions en voyage moto qui ont passé la nuit sur le parking extérieur sans soucis.
Garage disponible mais cher.
Nous avions une petit chambre single avec tout ce qu'il faut, parfaite.
Merci pour l'accueil.

Tolle Lage, aber mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, oben am Pass mitten in den Bergen. Das Abendessen ist zwar etwas gehoben von den Preisen aber es war stets sehr gut zusammengestellt und geschmacklich wirklich gut. Das Frühstück war auch gut, könnte aber noch etwas mehr Auswahl vertragen. Für Italien aber insgesamt ok.

Cons:

Die Getränke und das Essen wurden zwar auf die jew Zimmernummer "gebucht" und man bekam zur Kontrolle auch einen Beleg, aber als unsere Gruppe (6 Zimmer) abreisen wollte musste alles nochmals aus einer Gesamtrechnung einzeln herausgerechnet werden. Das kann es normal nicht sein... auch die Garagengebühr für unsere Motorräder über die wir informiert wurden konnte nicht auf die jew Zimmer aufgeteilt werden.
Ein Teil des Servicepersonals im Restaurant war leider ziemlich "unkommunikativ" und man hatte den Eindruck als Nicht-Italienisch-Sprechender Gast nur lästig zu sein. Es wurde nur rudimentär Englisch verstanden und die daraus resultierenden Missverständnisse und Fehlbestellungen wurden uns schon sehr negativ angelastet. Dann hat man den Teller mit der Vorspeise für 18€ eben doch gegessen obwohl man ihn eigentlich nicht bestellt hat ...
Ebenso bei doppelt aufgetragenen Nachspeisen.
Die Bäder waren zwar sehr sauber, aber die Ausstattung ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, enge Duschwannen mit hohem Einstieg und wackeliger Abtrennung sind halt nicht mehr so ganz zeitgemäß...
