Que el asensor no estuvo operativo el día de la llegada y tuve que subir por las gradas y yo soy asmática.
Pero a las horas se arregló

Solo que mi habitación era en un piso 2 y da hacia la calle, el tráfico empieza muy temprano 5-6am y se escuchan buses, carros, no es tan agradable si quieres dormir un poco más.

La stanza (605) era rumorosissima.
Non so cosa ci fosse ma c'era un rumore costante credo dovuto ai sistemi di condizionamento dell'edificio (non della mia abitazione nella quale tutto era spento).
Al checkout per 2 gocce di sangue sul cuscino (dovute ad un piccolo taglio della sera prima nel fare la barba) mi hanno fatto pagare il servizio lavanderia.
Mi viene da pensare che se non ci fossero state quelle 2 gocce di sangue non avrebbero lavato il cuscino ai danni del successivo cliente dato che, con un semplice lavaggio, quelle 2 piccole macchie sarebbero state rimosse!

The reception staff is the worst I have come across. Absolutely no tact to talk to the clients, rude, like they have had enough of working with people. Rude rude rude. First of all, they charge you in soles, so even if you book in USD when you get to pay you will be charged a higher exchange rate so you end up paying more, careful here. The moment I realized this and questioned this, the lady at the front desk changed her attitude towards me and became defensive. It doesn't include breakfast and for the price there are better options with breakfast. They didn't allow my friend to help me with my things in my room but she yelled at me as we were planning something. There was no need. The only person I have something good to say was the bellboy, polite, kind, helpful. The other girls, seriously should consider other areas rather than tourism. I myself work in this business and I can totally say they made it very uncomfortable to even want to go down.

The second day I came down hoping for a better treatment and found the same rude vibe. I told them in a good mood that I wasn't going to come back for the night and if I should keep or leave the keys, since I arrived the day before I didn't need the room cleaned, and the lady basically with an unnecessary confrontational behavior told me that NO! YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE KEY! I told her ok, wow chill, it was only a question, man. And then proceeded to tell me that the rooms get clean leaving one day in between, and I said ok but I don't feel comfortable having people entering my room because the safe box didn't work and then she told me as if I should have known, YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THE KEYS HERE! I didn't like this way of treatment. They should have told me about this when I arrived or at least have a note near the safe box. I just thought the box didn't work at all. I told her ok no problem, do as you like. And I left. When I came back they didn't even enter the room to clean it.

En estos tiempos no es posible que no cuenten con una cuenta en dólares y nos hagan el cobro en soles en base a precio de que ellos determinan del dólar.

Never take the second floor; the room was close to the kitchen or something. They woke me up at 5 a.m. with a lot of noise. I stayed there on other occasions, but this one looked bad, and the other guys at the front desk during my other stays were nice, but now they have new ones.
