A brilliant 3 star hotel with a 5 star attitude.
Pros:

Great location and atmosphere in the heart of 10th so 'real' Paris. A friendly and helpful welcome at all times and the room was ideal, well designed space with everything you need, super comfy bed, excellent shower, soft towels, enough hooks, warm lighting, windows opening onto the canal view and Paris street life. Everything provided reflected the thoughtfulness of experienced hosts and we would definitely return and recommend.

What a mental dive-in to Paris!
Pros:

The super-friendly service (they made us even coffee’s & croissants to go 😎🥳) and the cozy room. The location is 10 minutes walk from the Gare de l‘est). Restaurants and Cafés are walking distance!

Overall I think this is the perfect hotel for a younger person, the location is really fantastic if you want to stay out
Pros:

The location is right on the canal, great up and coming area! The shower is phenomenal. The bed was comfortable but really small for 2 people.

Cons:

The a/c did not work and you can’t have the windows open because of the noise on the street, it got very hot. We asked to have it looked at, but there was nothing they could do. The room and bed were very small.

A Great Retreat, Super Location
Pros:

Bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. A/C was a welcome feeling upon entering from the heat outside. The front desk people were always so kind and helpful, esp with calling taxis for us, keeping my wheelchair, providing delicious coffee with oat milk. Top quality Typology hand soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Great restaurant and bakery options nearby. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, good for sleep only, not worth the price
Pros:

Super friendly staff during daytime. They did everything g to help. I didn’t feel they explained hotel’s functionality properly. Front desk staff at night not well briefed and always on the phone.

Cons:

Regular rooms are suuuuper tiny. They say breakfast is included and/or available and there is only pastry and yogurt, super limited options. No tables to sit or common area to have your breakfast or coffee or work a bit. WiFi at hotel room didn’t reach.

Very limited TV no smart TV only TV in French.

サンマルタン運河を愛でる素敵な滞在
Pros:

サンマルタン運河沿いの道に面していて、部屋から運河が眺められ、目の前が運河の閘門という、絶好の環境。
パリ市内のホテルはどこも最低限の広さの部屋だが、ここは、やや広くて過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

部屋の形が異形で、使い勝手がやや悪かった。
ホテルへの戻りが夜遅くなると、いちいちスタッフを呼び出さないと中に入れない仕組みで、夜の出歩きにはやや不便だった。

Sehr gute Lage, extrem freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung
Pros:

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Leider sieht man kleinere Gebrauchsspuren hier und da. Als defekt gemeldete Leuchte wurde nicht ausgetauscht
