Pros:

Super Lage! Ruhiges Zimmer und dennoch mitten im sommerlichen Leben der Stadt Paris. Außerdem ist die Nähe zum Kanal sehr angenehm an heißen Sommertagen.

Cozy and Charming place to stay right on the Canal Saint Martin!
Pros:

Le Citizen is very cozy, small as charming hotel! The staff on site are extremely hospitable and friendly. We loved the location and the attached cafe and Mike’s pizza to the property. As a New Yorker, they nailed the flavor and quality of NYC slice.

Cons:

The bathrooms were fine but made need some minor updating to the shower and tiles. When we showered, water would seep out onto the floor.

Gute Lage und Ambitionen, aber leider zu viele wichtige Punkte negativ!
Pros:

die Lage am Canal Saint Martin ist wirklich schön, auch wenn es nachts laut sein kann.
Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Klimaanlage arbeitet zu langsam und kühlt nicht anständig bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Cosy-Zimmer ist für zwei Leute winzig. Nur ein Wasserkocher, keine Kapselmaschine, wie auf den Bildern. Der Kühlschrank ist ein Witz, der kühlt nicht wirklich.
Sehr schade das alles bei dem Preis.

Une très belle adresse sur les bords du canal St Martin
Pros:

Accueil très bienveillant et sympathique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la bouteille d'eau ou de jus de fruit offerte à notre arrivée.
L'hôtel est très bien situé pour une exploration du canal St Martin et de ses alentours.
La chambre, climatisée, était confortable et propre.

Cons:

Notre chambre, située au 1er étage était un peu bruyante (samedi soir) mais rien de très dérangeant.
Si la chambre était impeccable, force est de reconnaître que la salle de bain aurait besoin d'une rénovation à la hauteur de la chambre.
Là encore, rien de catastrophique mais cela jure par rapport à la chambre.

Todos muitíssimo atenciosos. Agradecimento especial ao Heitor que nos ajudou com as crianças e orientações de pontos turísticos. Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a várias estações de metrô e restaurantes. Limpo. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã saboroso. Nossa estadia foi muito agradável. Recomendo para famílias com crianças.

Cons:

O banheiro não estava nas .elites condições, vazando muita água para fora do box. O alarme de incêndio muito sensível, apitando diversas vezes, inclusive uma vez a noita

A comfortable stay in an attractive and lively area; the staff at Le Citizen were all great.
Pros:

The staff at Le Citizen were extremely friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by them. The Quai de Jemmapes is an attractive and lively area, hugely popular with young people, but the double glazing was effective in keeping the noise down. We had a great view over one of the locks on the canal. It was an easy walk to various Metro stations, and into the beautiful Marais district.

Cons:

It was all good. Nothing to dislike.
