Renovation work of the steam bath and fitness center will be carried out from 01/07/25 to 19/07/25. Those facilities will be available again from 20/07/25.

Pros:

Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es hatte eine schöne Größe und einen Balkon.
Das Frühstück war überraschend gut. Wir fanden, dass die öffentlichen Räume mehr Gemütlichkeit gebrauchten könnten.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr niedrig und die Kissen für uns schwierig.
Es gab Wasserspender auf dem Fluren, was wir super fanden.
Das Schwimmbad war ziemlich flach und die Sauna überschaubar.
Es gab ganze zwei Liegen in einem kleinen Raum für das ganze Hotel.
Für einen Kurztrip völlig in Ordnung, man möchte ja schließlich die Umgebung genießen.

Pros:

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.
Personal war sehr höflich und bemüht, trotz Sprachbarrieren.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber alles.

Pros:

Wir waren schon öffters hier, die Zimmer sind sauber, freundliches Personal und Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Besten Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gibt genügend Sitzplätze.

Cons:

Der Innenlift für Rollstuhlfahrer war defekt. Im Schwimmbad wurde extrem viel Chlor verwendet. Im Restaurant war nur Buffet Essen zum Abendbrot möglich, a la carte sollte 40 min dauern Durch eine Geburtstagsfeier war laute Musik und viel Lärm auf dem Flur.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Auswahl war sehr vielfältig und hat geschmeckt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist zwar neu renoviert aber behält den Charakter eines Tagungshotel. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war, das die Handtücher auf das ungemachte Bett geworfen wurden. Benutzte Gläser wurden nicht gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. Die Gäste erhalten Bonbons wenn sie ihr Zimmer nicht reinigen lassen. Die Bar hat bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Wir wollten ein Getränk mit auf unser Zimmer nehmen, das wurde uns untersagt. Es wäre nicht erlaubt, Getränke mit auf das Zimmer zu nehmen. Wir fanden es sehr ungemütlich und unpersönlich und sind aus diesem Grund einen Tag vorher abgereist.
