Renovation work of the steam bath and fitness center will be carried out from 01/07/25 to 19/07/25. Those facilities will be available again from 20/07/25.

Super pobyt !
Pros:

Duży wygodny pokój , pyszne śniadanie, automaty z wodą na każdym korytarzu, którą można sobie nalać do butelki dostępnej w pokoju. Hotel przyjazny dla psów. Blisko do plaży.

Tråkigt när man köpt och betalt för en vara eller tjänst och sedan inte fått det man betalat för.
Cons:

Efte att stått i kö under lång tid och äntligen fått checka in och fått nycklarna till vårat rum så upptäcker vi direkt att vi inte fått ett superiorrum som vi bokat och betalt för utan ett standard dubbelrum.Så vi gick tillbaka till receptionen och ställde oss i en lika lång kön igen när vi äntligen blev vår tur så förklarade receptionisten att alla rum som var i den nyare delen av hotellet var superiorrum vilket naturligtvis inte stämde det är stor skillnad på ett standard dubbelrum på 18 kvadrat och ett superiorrum på 24 kvadrat sen var det ingen riktig balkong utan en fransk balkong på rummet som vi fick.Det här är första gången som jag inte fått det rum som jag bokat och betalt för.sp vi är fruktansvärt besvikna på hotel Wolin.

Es war alles perfekt, Sauber,
Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Der Spa Bereich ist wirklich gut von den Whirlpools über die Salzgrotte, Schwimmbad und Sauna 👍. Schöne gepflegte Aussen Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall das Hotel wieder buchen.

Enttäuschend.

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar bei An- und Abreise. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, die allerdings extra kosten.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Bei Anreise war das Schlafsofa weder vorbereitet, noch waren entsprechend für die dritte Person Bettzeug und Handtücher vorhanden. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und knapp 3 Stunden später hatten wir zumindest Bettzeug, wenn auch unvollständig. Das Bettlaken fehlte, was dann scheinbar von einem anderen Schlafsofa abgezogen wurde, was an den Rändern des Lakens zu sehen war.
Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, wie auch ein größerer Raum, in dem in den beiden Nächten private Partys gefeiert wurden, mit einer Lautstärke, die uns daran hinderte, ungestört zu schlafen. Das Fenster musst du dauerhaft geschlossen bleiben. Auf Nachfrage, ob es ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebe, wurden wir darauf verwiesen, dass dem nicht so wäre, und wir sollten uns am nächsten Tag beim Hotelmanager melden, da der entsprechende Mitarbeiter keine Befugnis habe. Der Hotelmanager bat uns dann am Folgetag in 2 Stunden wieder zu kommen, was uns nicht möglich war, da wir dort ja nicht angereist waren, um permanent im Hotel auf Rücksprachen zu warten. Nach Abreise haben wir noch einmal telefonisch versucht, die Sache zu besprechen. Und wurde zugesagt, dass intern zu besprechen und dann eine E-Mail zu senden, was bisher nicht geschehen ist.
Der Essensbereich wurde während des Umbaus nicht glücklich gestaltet. Das Servicepersonal war gegebenfalls noch nicht eingespielt, die Buffetlinie fast leer. Insbesondere eine Dame aus dem Servicebereich war äußerst unprofessionell, sie spielte Fangen oder was auch immer mit Kollegen aus der Küche und lief dabei quietschend in den Essensbereich. Es wirkte, als würde ihr in der Küche irgendwas ekliges vorgehalten, vor dem sie dann weglief. Teilweise wurde man von ihr auch beiseite geschubst, wenn man vermeintlich im Weg stand. Insgesamt sehr, sehr schade, denn wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort und anderes gewohnt.

Polecam ładny czysty hotel z wieloma udogodnieniami

Dostęp do wody pitnej w saturatorach opłata za małego pieska który ma włosy i nie zostawił nic po sobie jest za duża ponieważ po takim zwierzęciu nie trzeba było sprzątać. Brak miseczki dla psa na choćby wodę. Za taką cenę. Gdybym nie miała swojej mój piesek nie miał by w czym pić ani jeść

Mega kolejki na śniadaniu obojętnie której godzinie trzeba było dość długo czekać aż dana rzecz znowu pojawi się czasem wyglądało to jak kłótnia z innymi kto pierwszy weźmie np. Jajecznicę

OK voor 1 nacht
Pros:

De prijs en de locatie, niet in de buurt van de drukte.

Cons:

Airco die kapot was en je achteraf gezien wel nodig hebt omdat de zon de ruimte in de ochtend snel verwarmt.
Ontbijt valt vooral tegen vanwege de drukte en het uitvallen van de koffieautomaten.
