Posto eccellente per tranquillità e facilità di raggiungere il centro storico

Pulito, nuovo, personale gentilissimo ma la cosa top è la
Posizione con un ascensore interno esci al centro storico. Comodissimo.

Cons:

La cosa più scomoda sono alcune stanze( quella che avevamo noi) che bisogna arrivare con l’ascensore tipo al quarto piano poi uscire all’esterno e scendere delle scale che per uscire bisognerà salire. Capisco però che essendo abbarbicato su un costone ( che lo rende suggestivo) il
Collegamento interno non sia semplice.

Quiet and great location
Pros:

Clean room, good service, great location.

Cons:

AC did not work in the hotel when we arrive, but that was fixed quickly. Part of the breakfast area was also shut down due to maintenance.

La chambre était assez grande avec une belle salle de bain.
Le personnel était très serviable : ils sont venus chercher ma valise quand j'étais stationnée dans la rue.
L'hôtel est proche du centre ville et des commerces.

Kwaliteitsvol verblijf op een ideale locatie.
Pros:

Origineel ingericht hotel dat een prima toegang biedt tot het wondermooie Ragusa. Fijn ontvangst aan de receptie en moooe ruime kamer met adebenemend uitzicht.

Amazing 5 nights where we experienced top notch hospitality from hotel staff and AST bus drivers!!
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, few minutes walk from Ragusa Ibla centre. We found it very handy that we could also access it through a tunnel on the main road where the bus stop is. Breakfast was decent and our room on level two was great.

Cons:

Nothing in particular to complain about.

very good hotel. to be recommended
Pros:

everything is fine with this hotel. the location with lift leading up to very near piazza del duomo, the hotel is very clean (we do not like carpets and this hotel has none - easier to clean). well lit. access is well organised. staff very good and friendly. breakfast very good. its an ideal hotel.

Cons:

the only issue is if you arrive by bus, which stops quite some length away (for elder people). but even that, we came to know later, that you can ask Bus 2 driver (all are very courteous persons), to stop at Porta Walter which is just at the door of the hotel.

Pros:

El desayuno, en un antiguo refectorio de monjes espectacular. La calidad excelente y lo podías comer en la terraza exterior con unas vistas preciosas. La atención del personal muy buena. Hotel muy céntrico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones era muy normalitas, el baño bien y con productos de calidad pero el cuarto sin más, aunque el jardín al que tenía salida era muy bonito.
