Все нормально, но есть нюансы

Местоположение, чистота

Cons:

Вежливые сотрудники на ресепшн, правда при заселении за ребенка и доп место сначала попросили одну сумму из расчета 11000 тенге, как было указано в системе отеля, я оплатила, потом девушка с ресепшн позвонила в отдел бронирования, и оказалось, что оплата другая - 13000 тенге. Я не отказалась доплатить, тем более предварительно цена была озвучена как 13000 тенге, но просто сама ситуация какая-то некрасивая.
Сам отель хороший, добротный, хоть и не новый по ощущениям.
Номера чистые, достаточно просторные, матрасы удобные, чай, кофе, мини-бар все ок.
Кофе только был без кофеина, но по запросу принесли с кофеином
Вообще создалось впечатление, что все хорошо, но только по запросу, при этом запрос нужно повторить дважды.
Это касалось запроса смены белья (застелили мокрые пододеяльники, прямо мокрые, не влажные, хотя и влажные вроде как-то не очень); запроса чашек - в один день после уборки они исчезли; запроса кондиционеров для волос; самой по себе уборки в последнюю ночь - наш номер проигнорировали. Все делают, но без охоты и напоминать о себе нужно дважды. Мы не сильно гордые, можем и трижды, но не понимаем почему должны это делать
Завтраки нормальные, не великое изобилие, но голодным не уйти.
В СПА было чисто, хорошо, под конец дня скорее всего не будет полотенец, но впечатление это не портит.
Рум сервис работает 24 часа, еду приносят достаточно оперативно.
Лобби бар - вкусно, кроме роллов. Филадельфия в нашем случае вышла с недоразумением. Подают ребята хорошо с шоу, но вкус роллов был странный, ребенок не стал есть, я пыталась понять в чем дело, спросили у официанта что за ингредиент такой специфический, от чего такой необычный привкус, он сказал, что все норм, повара отменные. Да никто не сомневался в их профессионализме, но вкус у блюда откровенно странный. В итоге нашли причину - авокадо. Доедать мы не стали. В счет обе порции включили, комплимента не было. Не то, чтобы прямо сильно нужно было, да и косяки бывают везде. Просто хороший сервис складывается из...

Great hotel in Astana
Pros:

This is a great hotel. We had a fantastic 4 nights stay. It is in a very good location close to all attractions and shopping malls. The facilities at the hotel are of a high standard. The bar, in particular, offers a pleasant environment with live music. Staff were generally helpful but we would like to single out Denara from the tour desk as she was most helpful in providing advice, help and directions to locations that we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is very pleasant. Our request for a transfer from the airport was met in a timely and comfortable arrangement. The hotel and our room were very clean.

Cons:

Не удалось позавтракать, через букинг бронировала с завтраком, оказалось не так, но что интересно через букинг завтрак + 12000 на двоих, а если брать у них 20000 с человека. Букинг в последнее время хитрит. Больше к нему притензии, при бронировании тем более у меня 3 уровень, я выбирала завтрак, бассеин и 5 звезд, и в оконцовке оказалась без завтрака. Было обидно, когда с меня выпроваживали.
