It was easy to find the hotel and the staff were great.
Pros:

The staff, the front desk staff in particular, were very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with a problem that was eventually resolved. Thank you so much.

Cons:

I don't have any changes to recommend.

No compensation for damaged bicycle
Cons:

We were told to store our bicycles in a room which was under construction. The next morning we found them with many color paint spots. The clerk didnt offer any compensation for the damage

Good for a one night stay...just what we needed. A good bed to sleep on for the night.

The room was spacious and tidy. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The A/C keeps coming on and off at intervals during the night...that was noisy and annoying.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience. My confirmed reservation was cancelled without proper consideration for the inconvenience it would cause. I was left scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute and had to pay more. Very poor experience and definitely not a hotel I would recommend or book again.

Great value. Clean, comfortable room. Pool area was awesome.

Breakfast was pretty limited !!!! No anti slip mat in bathtub ?? Don't know what cleaner used but slipped and fell in tub ?? No injury !!!

Good except for the unfortunate incident.
Pros:

I liked the staff they were very friendly and the service was very good.

Cons:

Their was a unfortunate incident early 4:30 am Sunday morning when a intoxicated person was screaming and this woke us up. Security was called and the RCMP removed them from the premises.
