Cons:

L'espace du lit et L'espace du canapé lit devrait être séparé par un mur et on devrait proposer 2 téléviseurs. La salle de bain avec "baie vitrée" ne me correspond pas trop, meme si la vitre est teintée à certains endroits

No TV, no wi-fi, no pleasant experience. I don't recommend.
Pros:

Entering the room, there was a baby bed, which needed to be taken out. The smell in the room was still from the pampers of the baby. On Sunday, at 10h (breakfast until 11h) most of the food was consumed and not filled in again. The breakfast variety and quality was of a 3 start hotel. Breakfast is overpriced. Get breakfast in the bakery, which is inside the Tegut supermarket. The wi-fi in the room did not work. Despite the reception guy coming to the room, the TV did not work. In the next room (we wanted the change the room), the TV did not work as well. Staying over the weekend without wi-fi and TV is not a pleasant experience. Car parking in the hotel garage was available. In front of the reception desk, there is an open space shop for self-serving / self-paying... We paid but did not get an receipt as there was no paper in the machine and the reception did not find new roll of paper to print the receipt from the machine. The tram stop is in front of the hotel causing some noise every 15min.

Cons:

See above. I do not recommend this hotel. We used to be in this hotel over the last 10 years and the price/quality ratio deteriorated rapidly.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Πολύ βολικά τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας. Εξαιρετικό το πρωινό. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καλή η σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής.

Für ein Hotel in Frankfurt habe ich mich als Frau sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Pros:

Mir hat das Fitnessstudio gefallen - wenn auch sehr klein ... Wie hatten Vollpension das essen war gesund und ordentlich für solche Hotels und das Personal im Restaurant war mehr als höflich - Danke an das Küchen und Kellnerpersonal.

Cons:

Die Damen am Empfang waren vermiutlich überlastet auch die Hotelmanagerin war sehr unhöflich - weil ich eine Frau war? Hat aber dann alles zufriedenstellend gelöst.

After a disappointing experience at another accommodation, this hotel completely changed our trip. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our family felt comfortable and well looked after.

The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the warm weather, which made a huge difference. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. Overall, the hotel was excellent value for money and exactly what we needed.

Cons:

There were no significant issues during our stay. If I had to mention one minor point, it would be that the hotel is not within walking distance of all major attractions, but public transport made getting around very easy.
