Great stay!
Pros:

Enjoyed my stay every time here. Super consistent with service and room cleanliness. Kevin from parking was great help, shoutout to him! Manuel from the front desk had outstanding service as well.

Perfect place for anything worth the price.
Pros:

I loved everything about the hotel best experience. I would love to go again. Very beautiful view. I went as a get away from the kids we have and enjoyed the service, pool, mall, food, it made me so comfortable I didn't wanna leave the room at all 5 stars all the way.

It’s a great hotel to stay in Houston
Pros:

The hotel in general is great. The beds. The bathroom. The location.

Cons:

They gave me a room when I got there that was not the room I wanted and they changed me to another room at 1 am.

My favorite hotel/starbucks
Pros:

Ms.E at the Starbucks is amazing. Everyone I visit she always has a smile on her face. I really look forward to my morning refresher and she never disappoints.

Great property & location
Pros:

Stayed for one night on business trip. Great customer service upon check in. Room and common areas are spotless. Full service Starbucks on 3rd floor. Large & well appointed gym on 18th floor. Property is connected to a mall via a Skybridge with lots of shops and dining options. Additional restaurant options available within walking distance. I had dinner at Haywire (next door) and enjoyed a nice meal at the bar. Overall I was really pleased with my stay and will definitely stay again if I find myself in Houston.

Westin or bust!
Pros:

The room was great. The pillow is awesome. The view beautiful loved working out on the treadmill. Plenty of space bar was great. In fact I really really enjoyed Celia. Who’s a loving, tender, caring, bartender great conversations, which obviously helps when you’re enjoying a bottle of beer or a drink by yourself.

Yikes not Westin's best
Pros:

Used suite night upgrade friendly check in by front desk. Got to nice looking huge suite room and issues started toilet wouldn't quit running and had to be repaired. Large roaches running around bathroom. Very annoying mechanical buzzing from electrical closet next door, made sleep restless even with earplugs. Air conditioner in bedroom area could not keep up. On check out spoke to manager who gave points and apologized. Not sure I'll use this property again.

Always amazing
Pros:

Everytime we stay here it’s an amazing experience. The rooms are clean but most of all staff like. Viviana and Jasmine from the restaurant makes the stay extra special.

Excellent location and experience
Pros:

Stayed here when my brother had surgery there at the medical Center. perfect location for us. Super clean, very safe, and the skywalk is perfect. Atmosphere very pleasant and even the parking lot was clean and well-lighted and safe.

es un hotel bastante cómodo

Love the Starbucks staff
Pros:

I go up to Starbucks all the time due to working in the hospital, Ms. Porter is always so very kind and greets you with a wonderful smile. She takes her time with remembering my name and always ask how my day is. She has wonderful customers service.

A Peace of Mind Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Memorial Westin hotel, thanks to Happiness at the front desk. She was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. When I needed assistance with my stay, she quickly found a solution and made the process easy and stress-free.

Her warm attitude and attention to service truly stood out. Happiness is a great example of excellent customer care, and I appreciate the support she provided during my visit.

Family time
Pros:

Excellent service exceptional drinks recomendé the old smoked old fashion and the food food was delicios deserts enjoyable time with family members who we meet once a month to catch up with them on their daily life. Wonderful time i recomendé it Mrs Celia at the bar 024 wonderful drinks

We will not stay there again even though the location was good.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff was very friendly. Our breakfast was good and the wait staff was very friendly and efficient. The air conditioning was great which is a must in Houston.

Cons:

The wifi was non-existent in our room. I had to go to the front desk to get a shower cap and the vanity kits in the bathroom were not provided as is done in most expensive hotels. We had to pay for the electric charging which is also complimentary at most hotels that charge $500 per night.

Pros:

Such an amazing experience! Attended an all day event within their conference rooms, and the services provided by valet (Levent), banquet service team (food/beverage options were exceptional), and general cleanliness of the property was excellent!

Big fan of this place. I will definitely come back.
Pros:

The place is clean and tidy. The room is spacious, with a coffee maker and refrigerator. The bed is fantastic. It really makes a difference for a good night's sleep.
The location is spectacular for someone without a car. You just walk across the skyline directly to the Memorial Mall.
But the best part was the attention I received from the security manager. When he saw I had a lot of luggage to handle, he helped me very kindly.

Cons:

Maybe the shower water pressure. But, it was still nice.
Oh, and there´s some sort of a huge machine noise. But, maybe it´s because it´s next to the hospital. I still love this place!
