I had stayed here before that is why I came back but it was disappointing this time

The bedrooms needed updating the beds were uncomfortable i was not impressed with the breakfast it wasn't great was disappointed in the quality

Pros:

The staff we're very helpful when I complained about the state of my room. They offered us free drink vouchers as we arrived at 5.30pm and the room still wasn't ready

Cons:

There were semen staines on the bed , sick staines on the floor, along with blood drops over the floor. Got moved to the room next door which had more semen staines on the chair - parking costs £25 a night

A lovely stay, the hotel location is ideal, I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting York centre. Just a 5 minute walk!

Cons:

The only thing that I found frustrating was the lack of parking spaces. There are only a handful, but this is common in the area.

We really enjoyed are stay and will definitely be retuning in the future

We had a lovley room so did my sister breakfast was really good men enjoyed the English breakfast and you also catered for me with my gluten allergy which was really good room’s was cleaned every day and clean towels given which was lovley

Cons:

I think there should be someone managing the bar all night as we had to find a member of staff to serve us on two nights the staff was really polite and helpful
