Pros:

Superzentral gelegen am Alexanderplatz, sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer, für einen Städtetrip optimal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, empfehlenswert!

Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was decent, but nothing special.

Cons:

When I made the booking, having air conditioning in the room was one of my main requirements, and it was the reason I chose this hotel. Before my arrival, I had several questions for the hotel, one of which was whether the air conditioning was actually working. The next day, they replied to my other questions, but this one was conveniently left unanswered.

I had to insist and ask again specifically about the condition of the air conditioning. Only then did they give me a vague answer, saying that it was not working properly. In the meantime, time was passing and our stay was getting closer, while I was losing valuable time during which I could still have cancelled the reservation and chosen another hotel.

When we arrived, the temperature in the city was 35°C. Unfortunately, it turned out that the air conditioning in our room was not working. We had to urgently look for another place where we could cool down. The problem was fixed the next day, but our first evening left us with a very negative impression and was a major disappointment.

The good thing was that, as a small compensation for the inconvenience we had experienced, they allowed us to check out free of charge at 2 p.m. Before that, when I had asked about the possibility of a late check-out, I had been told that it would cost 10 euros for each additional hour after 12 p.m.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på hotellet i Berlin. Personalet var utroligt søde, hjælpsomme og servicemindede, og de gjorde vores ophold meget behageligt. Morgenmaden var lækker med et godt udvalg, og servicen var generelt fantastisk.

Cons:

Der er dog et par ting, som kunne forbedres. Værelset var lidt småt, og badeværelset var ikke helt rent ved ankomsten. Håndvaskens afløb var stoppet, og værelset blev desværre ikke gjort ordentligt rent hver dag under vores ophold. Vi oplevede også, at vi nogle dage manglede rene håndklæder.
