El hotel nos pareció un lugar muy cuco y con mucho encanto. Se nota que le han puesto cariño a cada detalle. Las zonas comunes son muy agradables, con el restaurante y una piscina con hamacas, y desde ahí salen pequeños caminitos hacia las habitaciones, creando un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor.
La ubicación es muy buena: estábamos cerca del Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, de la playa y de varios restaurantes, por lo que resultaba muy cómodo para moverse por la zona.
Nuestra habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y estaba muy bien distribuida. Tenía una terracita muy mona con ventilador, perfecta para relajarse. Además, contaba con una zona de vestidor independiente, un baño amplio y aire acondicionado. También nos dejaron toallas de sobra y unos albornoces, un detalle que se agradece mucho.
El desayuno fue lo que menos nos gustó. Puedes elegir un plato que te preparan al momento y después hay un pequeño buffet con fruta, pan y zumo.
Todo estaba bueno, pero nos pareció algo escaso y echamos en falta más variedad, como embutidos, yogures u otras opciones para acompañar el desayuno.
La habitación estaba muy bien. Aunque en la planta de arriba para subir y bajar maletas era costoso

Direkt an der Strasse, ab 5:00 morgens schlafen nicht mehr möglich!
On se sent vraiment dans la jungle. Le paysage est à couper le souffle. Des petits singes viennent nous rendre visite directement sur le resort. Nous avions une villa et c’était complètement magnifique et grand. Si nous retournons à manuel Antonio, ce sera cet hôtel sans hésitation. Et que dire du personnel, WOW !

El desayuno nos encantó que tomamos en el hotel nos encantó y fue un puntazo disfrutarlo rodeados de monos aulladores.

La recepcionista fue muy amable en todo momento, nos recibió muy bien.
La habitación no era muy grande ni muy cómoda.
En la cena nos cobraron dos veces, en efectivo y por tarjeta porque supuestamente no funcionaba el datáfono, aunque luego nos devolvieron el dinero.
Tuvimos un problema reservando una excursión a través de ellos.

The Falls by Lalibela- the hotel was a beautiful location located in the middle of the rainforest. You were surrounded by plants and animals of all kinds and able see them every single day. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included daily…a fresh buffet as well as a breakfast menu. Happy hour was buy one get one, and the prices were very affordable. (Everything made with fresh fruit… mango daiquiriswere amazing! The lunch and dinner menus had a variety of options, and the seafood was fresh daily. It was a fantastic place to stay at a great value!
Really misleading, the pool area is amazing but not enough chairs for all, so most of the times, you must sit on table with chair if you like to go to the pool. Rooms need a refurbishment and are really noisy as the hotel is directly on the main road. Staff is friendly but not really welcoming or warm.
My partner and I loved our stay at The Falls! We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and service continued to be amazing throughout our stay. The front desk was so helpful in answering various questions via WhatsApp and in person, and they also helped us book activities - I highly recommend doing the guided tour of Manuel Antonio National Park and surfing lessons. The hotel restaurant served delicious breakfast and had great options for lunch and dinner as well, and there was a great happy hour deal at the bar from 3-6 pm. We stayed in the Jungle Room with Garden View and loved it; the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is immersed in nature - we saw monkeys playing in the trees at one point. The pool area is beautiful. We did not rent a car and loved the hotel's proximity to nearby restaurants - the staff recommended La Terraza, Emilio's Cafe, and Agua Azul which were all delicious with beautiful views of the water.
Fantastic experience at the Falls Resort - Manuel Antonio. The place is cost, relaxing and comfortable. The restaurant is amazing with high quality and fine dishes. Most of all the team is incredibly nice and dynamic! Special thanks to Alondra, Alexandro, Jose, Andres and Amy! You guys know how to make the customer happy! Do not change a thing, it was perfect.
