Cons:

La maniglia della doccia non rimaneva aperta e il gancio per mettere il braccetto doccia rotto. Quindi per lavarsi problematico . Le finestre sono bloccate. Capisco che i piani alti sono pericolosi ma un minimo sfiato potrebbe essere aperto . Mobili abbastanza vecchi tutto approssimativo .

Superb location & staffs!
Pros:

The location is super convenient with MRTs few minutes away, the staffs are so helpful: shoutout to Jolin & Terence for the warm welcome :) Will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The toilet is a bit too small, but its worth the price

Sirvió por qué fuimos 2 noches, si nos quedábamos más nos íbamos a otro lado
Pros:

Habitación horrible, sin ventanas, ducha con inodoro y lavamanos todo junto, se mojaba todo el piso y las paredes transpiraban por la humedad de estar todo concentrado, entiendo que Singapur es caro pero el hotel es un asco y no lo recomiendo

Cons:

Todo era horrible, la zona, ruidos de noche (lo que menos molesta), el personal re bien pero el cuarto no tenía ni heladera, no había dispensar de agua y no había absolutamente nada.

The location was not good but they charged extra for the room with fridge and window.

The location was good.

Cons:

The small size room against the high price and that too they charged me extra Singapore $ 80 for a room window and fridge which I did not expect. The room initially which I was alloted did not have a window and fridge.

Superb location, worst cleaning
Pros:

The hotel location is superb and most of front office staff were really nice.

Cons:

The front office staff member who handled our check-in on the 19th was quite rude, which created a negative first impression of the hotel. However, all the other front office staff members we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and helpful.

The most disappointing part of our experience was the housekeeping service. The cleaning staff member was extremely rude and barely cleaned the room. She only changed the towels and never swept the floor or cleaned the commode. On one occasion, when I politely requested that the floor be swept, she frowned and reacted angrily. Overall, the housekeeping service was very poor due to the lack of proper cleaning.
