Lovely hotel
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel, and the rate was very good

Cons:

The only thing is it needs a good clean up of all the cobwebs. One in our bathroom and along the corridor over the light.
Will not stop us if we need to stop again

Pros:

Laura greeted us for checking. She was engaging, and a very delightful person to chat with. She made the checking process ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The rest of the pub and restaurant staff were really great, but I don't member their names. The Scotch egg was a hit for me.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of was no Hawkestone on tap.

Very helpful staff and a great location
Pros:

Very helpful staff and a great location as we were attending a wedding just down the road. Good choice of hot drinks in our room including decaf tea and coffee.
Excellent breakfast and our room was clean and comfortable

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Great room, food (amazing menu), staff ( went the extra mile). Can’t fault it.

Cons:

Nothing. Despite proximity to A1M and Great North Road, secondary double glazing was brilliant.

Superb stay, excellent service & amazing breakfast
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant were superb. The cooked breakfast was the best I have ever had. Easy checkin. Excellent cleanliness & very comfortable beds.

Excellent little place with breakfasts to die for!
Pros:

Second one night stay while visiting relatives in St Neots. Great little place - big bar and restaurant, outdoor patio and superb breakfast - as good as a five star hotel.

Cons:

Nothing really - rooms could do with just a little more colour and character but they’re perfectly decent with nice modern bathrooms. It’d be a full on 10/10 all round with just some extra touches of style in the rooms. Stayed in room 7 and previously brought our dog in room 9.

Pros:

Descent dinner at the restaurant. Nice outside terrace and pub interior. Clean room and bathroom.

Cons:

Unable to rate the breakfast due to a problem with the gas in the kitchen. No airconditioning or fan in the room which was very warm. Only 1 small window could be opened which then led to quite some noise from the street.
