Convenient close to the station and my niece.
My bathroom sink did not drain away and the bath didn't empty either. No one around to ask .
Super location in downtown Surbiton. AC was quiet and worked well.
A small refrigerator would have been nice.
Very good facilities in the room including coffee machine, tea and voffee, toiletries and iron and hairdryer. Spacious too. Just a little dark in the bathroom.
Very conveniently located in Surbiton. Short walk to the river. Very close to the train Station with a great bar attached
They don’t do breakfast and the parking was limited so I had to park on the road which meant I had to be gone by 08:00 the next morning

I had my wedding at Glenmore House and staying at this hotel was important given the 5 minute walk to the venue. Your staff were so incredibly helpful and gave me a tour of the hotel in advance. Syria was also so helpful on the phone the day before. The rooms with balconies are just fabulous and we also loved the nightclub.
The hotel is well located. The room is very nice, large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly.
Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night to attend a concert in Surbiton. What a great find this boutique hotel was, perfect location with train station, local bars and shops all within walking distance! The Bosco bar in the hotel served the best pornstar martinis I’ve ever tasted and the setting in there was very cute! The rooms were of a standard size, clean and modern, ideal for what we needed, the only negative would be the air con system was a little noisy. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and absolutely would return!
Hotel Bosco is definitely worth recommending. Not only because it offers good value for money, but also because of the excellent service and its convenient location for exploring London by public transport. Breakfast isn’t provided, but that’s not a problem as there are plenty of options in the immediate vicinity. That’s also one of the reasons why I pop in there several times a year.
Hotel was in a great location, the train station and parking were only a 2 minute walk away. Lots of shops and Restaurants nearby. The room was a good size, bed was really comfortable. Cleanliness was perfect! We were on the 2nd floor over a weekend and didn't hear any guests around us, we could hear a bit of music from the bar/restaurant below but definitely not enough to keep us awake. We would definitely stay again
Tap on the sink took a bit of working out, never seen one like that before. The shower head could do with a descale as some of the holes weren't working or were squirting water at random angles and the bath drain was a little slow draining but nothing was 'bad' enough for us not to book again
The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable with good refreshments. Breakfast was off site but 10% and recommendation for Pickled Pantry opp hotel could not be better. The whole stay was a great success.

Very loud noise. My bride could not sleep, was terrible. They have a night club until 2am. The staff are absolutely useless, knowing the issue.
Had a lovely stay in this hotel. It was so quiet and very relaxing stay. Late check was perfect after a late night out in Surbiton
