Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable with good refreshments. Breakfast was off site but 10% and recommendation for Pickled Pantry opp hotel could not be better. The whole stay was a great success.

Cons:

What's not to like - everything was ideal.

Relaxing
Pros:

Room was lovely, spacious, comfy and quiet. Staff were great.

Cons:

No breakfast available on site and small fridge. Mini mini fridge, there are loads of places around though.

Ok but not 4 star hotel. More like 3,5stars.
Pros:

Liked that i was able to call anytime and got an answer from staff and help.

Cons:

TV didn’t work. And never did get fixed during our stay. The room on the third floor was super hot all the time, although after 20 minutes of AC it did get cooler and AC worked well.
The bathroom floor was dirty when arrived tot he room first time.

Pros:

I didnt eat at the hotel this time.
The location was perfect for me as it was close to my family and the station.
I have no complaints wot so ever. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Maybe the little fridge. Wasnt quite cold enough. But did serve its purpose.
Not a criticism btw. Just an observation.

Poor customer service
Cons:

There systems went down and they rebooked my room . They didn’t send me a message and I had to find myself a new hotel at 10:00 pm . I am waiting for them to pay my deposit back . For my inconvenience they offered me a beer .
