All the problems relate to the management of the property, poor staff training, & cheap furnishings

The staff were very friendly but that does not make up for the poor facilities, the uncomfortable bed, the inefficiency of the check in, the third rate breakfast, etc

Pros:

Cooked Breakfast wasn’t the best, bacon dried out.
Toast was good and cereal and yogurt.

Cons:

Didn’t like the bathroom, it was a handicap bathroom didn’t like it

Nice hotel
Pros:

The room and the food were great , lovely garden.

Cons:

Belfast to airport bus doesn't stop nearby, can't walk the mile to airport as no pavement. Taxi cost £15 to travel 1 mile.

Clean , peaceful and comfortable
Pros:

Ballyrobin is quite gem in Belfast away from city. Close by Indian take away delivers the Indian food. Room was big and bed so comfortable that was key point for me. Staff were kind and professional!!
One night stay was worth it !!

Cons:

I was thinking we can walk to BST airport but we can’t and it cost us£10 for 2 mins drive by cab

But nothing to do with our stay !
