Great location but disappointing service
Pros:

Location was great.
Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Comfortable bed.
Good storage.
Decor and cleanliness throughout hotel was good.

Cons:

We arrived at 4 minutes to 3 and were told we weren't allowed to check-in until 3pm. The receptionist kept checking the clock as every minute ticked by. It made us feel very awkward and unwelcome and it seemed very petty.
The shower was poor. I had a trickle of water for my shower but my husband had no water at all.

Our second stay and will definitely be back.
Pros:

Friendly and easy checking in and out.
Twin room was ample for my daughter and I and all room facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was excellent and again the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. A lovely dining area.

Comfortabel hotel in de levendige wijk West End
Pros:

De ligging in West End wat een levendige wijk is in Glasgow.
Het parkeren op de de hotel parkeer is om de hoek dus heel comfortabel.
Het heeft prima bedden.
De kamer was niet erg groot maar prima voor een nacht.

It was good. But room was incredibly small. I think the bathroom was bigger than the actual room itself.

Consigliato ma portate le monete per il parcheggio ;)
Pros:

L'hotel è in ottima posizione per esplorare Glasgow, ben fornito e pulito.

Cons:

Non sono stata per nulla contenta del servizio di parcheggio che è solo a pagamento con contante e non c'è modo di pagare con la carta, oltretutto in una zona centrale carissima. Inoltre l'hotel dispone di solo 5 posti auto che si rubano tra i clienti.
