Pleasant stay with friendly staff and good facilities.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and plenty of space, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Location was close to bus and train routes into central Glasgow.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Lovely comfortable stay.
Pros:

Myself and 3 friends booked a "family" room. 3 large single beds and a large double bed. We all loved it and we had what we needed.

Pros:

Room too hot and no fan although when we left, we were told there were fans in Reception.

Well run mid-range hotel. Please keep up the good work.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us (close to the university), the staff were all exceptional, very friendly and efficient. It is a 3 star hotel and the room accordingly maybe a little small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good for the price.

Cons:

It was maybe a little cramped, but we didn’t mind.

Pros:

Love the decorations. You know you’re in Scotland.

Cons:

Needed a £1 deposit on our debit cards, which didn’t work so they asked for £100 cash deposit… luckily though the card machine worked eventually, but this still took some time and stress

A clean hotel with a great price in a wonderful location.
Pros:

The property was very clean, and the price and location of this hotel couldn't be beat. It is walking distance to the University of Glasgow, The Mackintosh House/Hunterian and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Cons:

The shower kept going from hot to cold, but perhaps that was just my room.
