It was a pleasant experience, though it could be better.
Pros:

Staff were helpful. The catering team in charge of the morning breakfast was fabulous. Their attitude to customers made me almost forget the deficiencies in other services. They were cheerful and ready to help. The meal was worth the money too.

The mattress was soft and 'comfy' - my tired body needed it.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the size of the room for the price per night I paid.

The bathing soup was crap. There was no tooth paste to brush the teeth in the morning. How did they expect customers to lodge, eat and leave without provisions to brush their mouth?

A small bathroom almost spoiled a good showering experience for me.

Moderate hotel in good location for SEC.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Excellent breakfast

Cons:

No water for a shower one morning due to lack of pressure on top floor at a busy time of day.
Lighting awful in the room and pillows extremely poor.

Perfect city break
Pros:

All staff friendly and helpful
From the moment of check in to the tasty and popular breakfast with cheerfull and engaging servers. tea coffee mocha nothing too much trouble.delishous yogurt and red berries with muesli and honey a daily treat complemented by hot breakfast items and other cereals toast...etc all you could want.lovely room and fantastic shower.the hotel has a lift.
Perfect location near park.and on bus route including the red tour bus very close by.

Good location at reasonable price but exposed to outside noise
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Location good, walking distance to SEC and the Clyde. Variety of eating places in proximity.

Cons:

Room bit small and bit too close to entrance walkway. Noise from road. Corridors bit tired.

Pros:

Muy cómodo. Limpio. La calefacción (hacía mucho frío en Glasgow). Cama comodísima, ducha perfecta. La habitación, para una persona, de tamaño estaba muy bien. Había leído en algún comentario que eran habitaciones muy pequeñas y no es así. No son habitaciones enormes pero hay espacio tanto en la habitación como en el baño.
El café/té de cortesía.
La wifi bien.
Está a 25 mins caminando de Buchanan Street pero, a cambio, está al lado del Kelvingrove Museum y también cerca del Riverside Museum. Cerca hay pubs y buen ambiente.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Lo único, que no está en el centro-centro de Glasgow, pero esta zona también es animada y con el KelvinMuseum y la Universidad cerca.
El paseo hacia el centro es ameno, yo iba y volvía andando. Pero, sino, hay transporte público.

Did the job, a decent stay. Good staff.
Pros:

The staff were really accommodating and everyone was very friendly. No issues checking in or out.

Cons:

It was quite expensive for a very small room, and the room itself was very warm with no way to cool it except by opening the window.
