Excellent place for a city trip, genuinely friendly staff, good beds, excellent breakfast, nice area
Pros:

24 h reception, check-in/-out easy and very quick. staff very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. after receiving a smaller room than we had booked (possibly a misunderstanding in the booking.com booking process) they tried their best to give us a room equivalent to the size we had booked. In a situation where no one was at fault they tried to offer us the best possible solution they could, and very swiftly as well :)
comfy beds - not too firm, not too soft, thankfully no room perfumes or perfumed bed linens, very clean and tidy, good sized wardrobe, 2 chairs and a good sized bathroom. lovely breakfast buffet style with chafing dishes, so you can see what you like and help yourself rather than having to order something and be surprised what you'll get. nice selection of English and Continental options. pleasant and newly refurbished breakfast room.
nice location with a large park nearby

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pancakes did not get refilled upon request :(. the laconic reply of the otherwise very friendly waiter was: once they're gone, they're gone (shoulder-shrug). I should share with my husband (who managed to get the last one) - presented as a joke/suggestion/remedy. the rest of the buffet did get replenished though.
parking is sparse. although it did say in the ad it was first come first serve we were still disappointed to not get a free spot. They did offer to notify us though when something became available, and they did. Unfortunately, it was too late for us. So be aware you have to pay with coins at the parking meter (1.20 for 15 minutes, 3 hours max stay) or pay online through RingGo.

Ideal for one night in a good location.
Pros:

Great location in the west end of Glasgow. Room had everything needed. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was very warm and limited ventilation. Quite noisy from early in the morning with other hotel users, due to where the room was located.

Pros:

Genius kedvezménnyel 2-en kaptunk egy lakosztályt. Nagyon tetszett, hogy minden szoba külön klánhoz tartozik, és minden a hozzá tartozó színben van berendezve. A reggeli bőséges és finom

Great location lovely accommodation
Pros:

Clean, welcoming and able to drop bags which was great.

Cons:

Staff member seemed a bit hazy on airport transport options … it seemed mainly overseas tourists so it would make sense for staff to really understand and be able to provide assistance
