Pros:

The location is great, near to university and Kelvin park and museum, and on the bus route into town. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could be vastly improved without watering down the juice and scrambled eggs.

Pros:

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. We managed to get parking behind the property so that was nice.

Cons:

Room was very small and there was barely any space to walk. Bed was too small, too soft and very uncomfortable. Toilet was very small. We were on the top floor and had the reduced ceiling height which added to the claustrophobia. We had a skylight but the shades on the skylight had a huge gap around the perimeter and did not block out the sunlight adequately at all. Very hard to sleep when the sun is in your face at 5am in the summer.

Breakfast was poor as the quality of the ingredients were very low. The sausages were inedible and even the bread was hard going.

The location is not within walking distance to the city centre so if you want to shop you need to factor in transport.

For the price we paid (£152) it was not worth it at all.
