Totally disapointed, I won't recommend this hotel for my friends or families, If anyone come for fun

What it has been shown & promised in Booking.com not available at this hotel, most of the rooms didn't have any windows or curtains to see outside (Seems like Jail), didn't have basic hotel facilities, Iron box, Fridge, any cupboard, chair, small hand towels & etc.
Toilet is so small, it was so smelly for first 2 days, Luckily that hotel room service guy from Malaysia (He was very friendly), tried his best to get rid of that smell (85%) in 2 days with his limited resources. They didn't honour what was said in their own website. As usual in Singapore, out of 5 front house staff, 2 were very rude, not customer focused, 3 of them vere Asian background staff, they don't practice customer services. Actually that hotel manager was so nice, try his best resolved issues, unfortunately he couldn't do much.

Cons:

Not Value for Money compared to many Asian country hotels,
No Amenities available for this so called hotel, Iron box, Fridge, any cupboard, chair, small hand towels & etc.
No Windows or Curtains in this room (Shown in Booking.com website)

Είναι μη βιώσιμο το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο.. η υγρασία είναι απίστευτα υψηλή λόγο του ότι το σύστημα εξαερισμού είναι χαλασμένο ή δεν λειτουργεί, η υγρασία φτάνει να μουσκεύει τα ρούχα και οτιδήποτε υπάρχει στο δωμάτιο. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν

Pros:

It was very convenient for parking and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

The toilet wasn't so clean, as it was slippery and with cobwebs in the toilet.
The shower hose was spoiled.
And the room was swept clean.
The water heater wasn't in good condition cause while filling the cups with hot water my girlfriend scandal her hands.

去各地鐵都差不多12分鐘左右很方便，公車也很多，旁邊有各樣小吃與便利商店，感謝幫忙升級有窗房，房間內還有飲水設備、冰箱、電視、拋棄式牙刷，非常棒，員工也非常友善，可以中文溝通～

Cons:

床單上有黑點不夠乾淨，廁所地漏也還髒髒黑黑的有頭髮，自備拋棄式床單與毛巾可以解決這些問題～

if youre on a tight budget and want privacy with less than $5 addition you can opt for this rather than a hostel or pods

The Staff is absolutely amazing very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

I only have objection regarding the location. As a female solo traveller I wouldn’t recommend the hotel due its closeness to RED LIGHT area. it’s safe bcz Singapore is safe and people are nice and well mannered. But my objection is only the location.
Also the hotel has no catering services and rooms are alright for a solo traveller. Only few hangers for your clothes and small desk nothing to keep your things like a cub-board or table etc.
The lobby area needs major improvements they don’t have comfortable place to wait if you arrive early.
