Odlican hotel za opusten porodicni odmor
Pros:

Boravili smo 7 noći u all inclusive aranžmanu i sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je odličan.

Lokacija je sjajna – hotel je na samoj plaži, ima bazen sa slatkom vodom, a autobus do centra Zadra je udaljen svega nekoliko minuta pešice.

Važno je znati da hotel ima dve zgrade: stara zgrada iznad recepcije nema lift, a nova zgrada iznad restorana ima. Zbog zdravstvenih problema zamolila sam za promenu sobe i recepcija nam je odmah izašla u susret i dala čak veću sobu.

Soba je bila veoma čista, sa balkonom i odličnom klimom. Posebna pohvala za sobaricu Svetlanu i celokupno osoblje, koje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno.

Hrana nas je prijatno iznenadila – veliki izbor jela, voća i deserata, a all inclusive piće od 10 do 22 sata je veoma bogato.

Jedina zamerka je plaža Borik ispred hotela, koja nam se nije dopala zbog kamenitog i klizavog ulaza u more. Preporučujemo plažu Zgon, udaljenu oko 500-600 metara, koja je mnogo lepša.

Hotel preporučujem i parovima i porodicama sa decom. Za ovu cenu dobili smo mnogo više nego što smo očekivali.

Cons:

Plaza Borik ispred hotela, ulaz u more je pun klizavog kamenja, nimalo prijatno.
U vreme kad smo mi bili, 95 % gostiju su bili penzioneri.

If you just want a bed for the night then this is your place, if it’s for any longer avoid at all cost!
Pros:

The pool was nice but that was the only thing going for it. The loungers were nowhere near the pool so if you wanted to be close to it then you needed to sit on an upright chair.

Cons:

The “all inclusive” finished at 10pm, after this time you couldn’t even get water. There were no towel facilities for the pool. The whole hotel was very tired and run down. They did not cater for allergy’s in the restaurant, I lived on potatoes for 4 days and when I spoke to restaurant staff they just shrugged and pointed to the chips. My jewellery was stolen from my room on my second day and 3 members of the reception team all wrote it on a positive note note and said they didn’t know what to do about it. No manager available and staff couldn’t care less. I was very isolated at this hotel and spent the majority of my time hidden in my room as it was so unfriendly to a solo traveller.

Pláž u hotelu.

Cons:

Hotel je velmi retro. Po 14 letech se tam absolutně nic nezměnilo. Jeden výtah pro 4 osoby na celý hotel i personál. Nefunkční ventilátor v koupelně a karta pro vstup do pokoje za týden 2x přestala fungovat. Cena opravdu neodpovídá kvalitě ubytování je to předražené.

Вкусное «всё включено», отличный персонал и неожиданный экстрим на рассвете
Pros:

Отличное соотношение цены и качества для конца мая! Питание «всё включено» за эти деньги порадовало: каждый день было по два вида мяса и два вида морепродуктов (меню может показаться слегка однообразным, но голодными точно не останетесь). Отдельное огромное спасибо отелю за чудесный жест: на день рождения нам абсолютно бесплатно повысили категорию и заселили в номер с прекрасным видом на море. Персонал действительно очень старается.

Cons:

Не обошлось без экстрима. В 5:30 утра мы проснулись от шума — по номеру бегала мышь. Ловить её пришлось сотруднику ресепшена прямо в коридоре с помощью нашего полотенца. Сложилось стойкое ощущение, что персонал появление грызуна вообще не удивило. Однако стоит отдать должное менеджменту — реакция на казус была максимально позитивной и профессиональной. Нам мгновенно и без доплат поменяли номер на вариант ещё лучше, а в качестве компенсации за стресс одобрили бесплатный поздний выезд.
