Good location. Good price.
Pros:

Location is very good. Next to bus stop. Easy to get to Newton mrt.

Cons:

The small table in the room is already occupied by the kettle cups coffee ... no place to put my laptop.

Cons:

Our pillowcases weren’t changed or if it was, it still has stains on it. ☹️ The smell of the room when we got in was weird, could be because the hotel itself was not modern at all.

Due to my recent incident, where all my item being thrown out from my room despite of the checking date is on the following day due to miscommunication between housekeeping and front office staffs.

Need improvement for the money they charge
Pros:

It is very convenient to have buses to travel everywhere.
The staff is very attentive and good.

Cons:

The room floor is always wet. That's the main issue I faced. The floor was wet when I first went into the room also. Don't know the AC issue or what.
And a lot of accumulated dust deposits in between TV and the wall and other corner places.
The bathroom door cannot lock.
