I would definitely recommend staying at this place. it's clean, peaceful, coveniently located.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to buses and trains. The hotel is very clean and the environment is peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

The women at the help desk reception were not particulary friendly or welcoming. better to improved.

Pros:

The location is very good. Outside is the bus stop. Azmi and Haikal are friendly and helpful. All the front desk personnel are friendly and approachable. I had a restful stay.

The cost for the stay was acceptable but would recommend as a pitstop and not a long term stay.
Pros:

The location was quite central and good if you don't mind walking/bus transport to the mrt stations. The staff were helpful and efficient. The facilities in the room were good. The a/c was a welcome relief from the humidity outside.

Cons:

The rooms had varying levels of mould(had to request another room due to the extent of mould in the first) and ants were frequent in the room looking for water. The walls have little soundproofing and if the adjacent rooms have noisy occupants it will affect your sleep (a crying infant and unruly children did not allow me to sleep my last night)

Pros:

Great value for money and a very accessible location for a budget trip. While the facilities are basic and the staff may appear serious at first, their dedication is unmatched. They booked our taxi at checkout and went above and beyond when my brother left important documents in the car, helping us recover them even after we arrived at the airport. Exceptional service!
