Da unser Flug erst abends ging, durften wir nach dem Check-out ein Zimmer zum Duschen nutzen. Flache Kissen werden auf Nachfrage direkt ins Zimmer geliefert. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Beim Frühstück ist Luft nach oben.

Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Bencoolen MRT Station. Special thanks to front desk staff Jeanette. She provided excellent service and can speak Chinese, making communication really smooth. Highly recommend this hotel!Hotel cleanliness is great，too .

The staff are so helpful

This is our second time at Mi Bencoolen. Everything is just perfect. Location is close to MRT. Walking distance to many locations.

Great spot
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of everything. The pool was lovely to relax by after a day of sightseeing. The most amazing part was the offer of a shower before our late night flight.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very nice to be able to store our luggage at hotel until we went to the airport. We could use a room to freshen up before leaving to airport. This was a great that we could do that.
