Overall a great and pleasant stay!
Pros:

Perfect location to explore the joo chiat neighborhood. It’s at the center so all the stores and cafes are really very accessible. Our room was always tidy and clean thanks to Adam who cleaned it everyday. All our needs and requests were accommodated by Syed and Alvin at the front desk, who also greeted us everytime we arrived.

Cons:

Just a minor thing, there’s no bidet in the restroom. But that’s about it, nothing too big of a concern.

Always a pleasant experience. I love stopping over in Singapore
Pros:

2nd time I’ve stayed here on transfer to UK. Great location lovely staff and small but comfortable room. I booked the superior double this time and got a window and a shower that didn’t soak my whole bathroom. Definitely worth the upgrade. Will happily stay here any time.

The fact that I was moved to a different room after I made a complaint about the cigarette smell although this new room had the same strong smell a few hours later.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The room didn’t have any windows, which is not great and a bit claustrophobic. It was advertised but it was not that clear at time of booking.
