Friendly staff and clean, modern room
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Super friendly staff and the room was modern and clean. If you have suitcases there’s not much space to open it but that’s normal for this city. Especially given the price we were very pleased with our stay

An exceptional experience from start to finish
Pros:

Exceptional stay! The location is great, and the property is beautiful and well-maintained. More than that, the staff were incredibly nice—especially Ms. Carol, who was so professional and accommodating. I will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Short stay
Pros:

Short stay to attend nephew convocation. Easy check in with help from Mr Wee and Alph. Thanks en Malik for good housekeeping and provide extra amenities upon request. Air con super cold. Nice!

Cons:

Will be good if all rooms come with windows. Only 1 pillow provided.

L'hotel non sarebbe male, lo staff è molto valido, ma alcuni punti andrebbero migliorati

Letti confortevoli, spazi sufficienti, bagno adeguato, anche i gadget andavano bene.
Pulizia giornaliera molto buona.

Cons:

Il condizionatore era spesso molto rumoroso, anche dalle stanze vicine si sentivano le voci.
La mancanza di una finestra in camera poteva dare l'idea di "soffocante" e non ci si rende conto del tempo.
