お得なホテル！！
Pros:

フロントのCaroleさんはとても親切で、ユーモラスな人だった。近くのスーパーの情報なども教えてくれたほか、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりにも親切に対応してくれた。部屋も清潔だった。スリッパが用意されていたのがよかった。トイレットペーパーがないのには驚いたが、設置されたティッシュが流せるタイプだったので十分だった。

Cons:

部屋が狭い。トリプルルームだとスーツケースが開けられない。トイレのペーパーが特殊であることの説明がなかったので、戸惑った。フロントで聞いたが満足のいく回答が得られなかったので、自分たちで解明するしかなかった。

Pros:

De kamer was klein maar proper, de badkamer was ook oke, ik wist niet dat het een kamer zonder raam was en dat viel een beetje tegen maar vermits we hier maar 1 nacht waren was dat niet zo'n groot probleem.

Cons:

ik weet niet of ik hier een langere tijd zou logeren maar voor 1 nacht was het zeker oke

Adequate for a one night stopover but I would not return.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, except for the room size.

Cons:

The room was pokey.. one could barely swing a cat in it. I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

The staff were excellent, particularly Alph and Toh. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always very helpful.

My stay had been great as staffs are very friendly and helpfull at all times,
Pros:

Room was a little small but ok for one person.
Room attendance sometime missed cleaning certain area in the bathroom.
Location was fantastic, easy access to public transportation and abundance of good local food outlets.

Cons:

There's no proper pick-up and drop-off point, especially on arrival when there is luggage to be unloaded.

Personál byl opravdu vstřícný a nápomocný při plánování výletů v rámci Singapuru. Pokoje jsou moderně zařízené. Oceňujeme filtrovanou pitnou vodu, která tekla přímo z kohoutku. Rozhodně bychom se zde ubytovali znovu.

Very helpful and kind!
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel little ealier than checking in time but they could manage for us to check in.
They were very helpful and kind.
There is Fairprice supermarket close to the hotel and you can find Hawkers just a few minuts to walk.

Pros:

The staff, especially Alph and Malik were exceptional. Alph was very helpful and kind, he helped us extend our stay due to flight delay and provided excellent supported for our family group of 6 people. Malik kept the rooms impeccable and is very friendly. Thanks and will stay again.
