Hotel Classic by Venue

A really nice stay in a good location. The room weas comfortable and good value for money especially considering the location. Near to the train station and to nearby good local food stalls. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Classic by Venue als sehr positiv empfunden. Die Lage war super – Zentralität in nahegelegene Straßen und Märkte.Marina Bay fußläufig in ca. 1,5 Stunden (6 km) zu erreichen. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit.

Das Familienzimmer war schlicht, aber sauber und funktional; ein gutes Bett, Stauraum ausreichend . Alles war ordentlich gepflegt.

Das Bad war sauber; es gab sogar einen Trinkwasseranschluss.
Der Preis war absolut fair ,es gab WLAN, Steckdosen in der Nähe des Betts ,einen Wasserkocher inkl. Kaffee (instant) und Tee .

Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter!

We've been staying at Hotel Classic by Venue on our annual trips to Singapore for the last few years. Every time we are here, we've always experienced 5-Star service. Mr. Wee and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are clearly what good hospitality is all about.

La propreté est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes, un vrai régal ! Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’emplacement est parfait, avec de nombreux food courts à proximité immédiate, idéal pour manger rapidement et à petit prix à toute heure.

The hotel is located at the beginning of the Joo chiat Road, easy and fast to reach from the airport. The hotel itself is very clean, AC was working and the hotel looks nice with marble details.
The room was great, bathrom and bedroom comfortable and contained everything you need. Toh from housekeeping was really helpfull and made sure we had everything we needed.
Special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Wee. He was always available and made sure we were content our whole stay in singapore, espacially with drafting a city guide around hidden gems and recommendations!

Overall experience was good. Especially front desk staff ALPH, KIMI made a Mother's Day card with beautiful wishes that was sweet of them. Housekeeping staff was great helpful and did a good job at fulfilling our request for fresh towels and cleaning our room.

Clean room, tap water available, reasonable price, good location near airport. Easy to access bus stop and MRT (walk a lil bit). Third time staying here. Very good service from FD Mr. Wee and Mr. Firdaus, I was offered free late checkout 1PM without I asked.

The location of this hotel is just great. It is just across Geylang market and food court. This hotel is situated the Malay quarters of Singapore. The price is affordable for Singapore’s standard. With friendly staffs to help you out. Alph Tun at the reception was very helpful and Firdaus the housekeeper keeps the room clean and tidy. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The hotel staffs are very helpful & friendly. Specially front desk Carole, she made the check-in process so smooth and tried to consider our request since we have 2 elderly with us. The room is also cute but cozy. Location is perfect too. 👍👍

Starting off, the quality of the hotel is absolutely superb. The lobby is fantastic and has a nice scent, not to mention the excellent service of the hotel receptionist, Carole, who is such a sweetheart as well as Jonathan who was so nice.

Even though the rooms were small, the quality and cleanliness of the room were amazing, along with the given hotel amenities. Applauds to Toh for cleaning every guest's room with utmost care and diligence.

Hotel Classic by Venue — Service beyond expectations.

I’m truly happy that I chose to stay here, and even more fortunate to have been so well taken care of by the staff—especially Alph Tan. From the moment we checked in at 3 a.m. until our last day, he consistently provided excellent support, helpful recommendations, and prompt service. I was very impressed by the staff of Hotel Classic, particularly Alph and Carole, who went above and beyond in helping my sister and I as first time tourists to Singapore. The rooms are small, however they are spotlessly clean. There is a taxi hub just over the road, which is very convenient.
There are also many restaurants nearby and a cafe selling western food, including coffee, not far away.

The staffare friendly and accommodating. We were particularly impressed with Alph and Carole, who went out of their way to assist us when we had questions. The rooms are small, though thats probably normal in Singapore. The rooms were otherwise very clean, quiet and functioning. I'm happy to recommend Hotel Classic.
