Singapore stay at Hotel Classic by Venue
Pros:

The hotel location was perfect, middle of all the places we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed walking around the area, which was peaceful and pleasant.
The hotel always smelled fresh, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided, plus the free green apples every day.
A special thank you to Mr. Wee, Mr. Alph, Mr. Toh, and Ms. Carole for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They assisted us with all our needs, navigation and all concerns we had during our stay.
Because of their excellent service, our family had a wonderful stay and a great experience in Singapore. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Okayish stay.
Pros:

The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the MRT and is easily accessible.

Cons:

We’ve had to change rooms since the sheets were dirty, no one is dusting under the beds and there were tissues under it in both rooms.
The safe’s battery has not been working so it didn’t lock.

Fantastic 5 star stay for a small budget hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, no signs of any bugs or insects. Toilet was fantastic. Space just nice for a couple like us (no doubt they have triple or family rooms too which are way bigger). Location wise, you're literally surrounded by eateries and shopping malls, so don't worry about getting starved to death. Staff...hmmm....I would like to say, KUDOS and a BIG thank you to Mr Wee, Mr Jeffrey and Mr Alvin for making our stay even more meaningful. They go above beyond in delivering, customer's satisfaction. They do deserves not just pat on the back, but a promotion or increment. Losing these people in your establishment, means you're losing precious gems who are an asset to the company.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Classic by Venue during our trip to Singapore!

One of the things we loved most was its accessibility. The hotel is conveniently located near the Joo Chiat and Paya Lebar area, with easy access to the MRT, shopping malls, and several hawker centers, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and enjoying local food.

The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and hospitable throughout our stay. Special thanks to Wee and Malik for going above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. Their kindness and excellent service truly stood out.

Our room was cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The shower was especially refreshing and exactly what we needed after long days exploring Singapore.

Overall, Hotel Classic by Venue offered great comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Singapore. Highly recommended! 😊
