Pros:

Hotel przyjemny i czysty. Pokoje nie są duże, ale nie ma tragedii. Lokalizacja jest w porzadku -niecałe 10 min to MRT. Autobusy blisko hotelu

Cons:

Od ponad tygodnia nie mogę się doprosić o wystawienie faktury za pobyt. Dodatkowo: zostawiłam w hotelu dwa adaptery elektryczne. Napisalam maila i poprosiłam o przechowanie ich fo moge powrotu do Singapuru. Niestety brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzi - podobnie jak z fakturą. 😪

The hotel was not a complete disaster, hotel would not be my option again. Disappointing for a 4 star
Pros:

The location was fine, bus stops near by to access other areas. It was clean on arrival.

Cons:

During my stay I didn’t have any hot water to shower and the bathroom was filling up with the water from the shower as it wasn’t draining properly. I reported this to the receptionist who said someone will fix the issue. However, someone did look at the issue but the problem still occurred. Throughout my stay I had hot water only once and I was always standing in the dirty water as it did not drain properly. Although the room was cleaned they did not replenish the tea and coffee facilities.
