Per aver prenotato in un hotel a 4stelle ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più.
Pros:

La camera era pulita e c’era una bella vista sulle montagne

Cons:

Zero servizi, la spa poco curata e nessuna possibilità di avere cibo e acqua al di fuori dell’orario di apertura del bar.

El concepto de "todo incluido" es muy conveniente; ya que está ubicado en la cima de la montaña. El personal muy profesional.

Cons:

Todo estuvo perfecto. Tal vez no encuentro mucho sentido al cargo extra por utilizar las toallas para la piscina. Pero solo por señalar algo.

Essen war ganz gut, Getränke waren auch gut, der Lounge Bereich hat einen schönen Ausblick
Allgemein sehr schöner Ausblick von dort oben auf dem Berg ins Tal und auf Dolomiten

Cons:

Bei Ankunft im Hotel hatte es im Zimmer 28° und es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Hotel, im Familienzimmer gab es nur Dachfenster, die sich kaum öffnen ließen und total verschmutzt waren, d.h. selbst Nacht um 10:00 Uhr hat es immer noch 26° im Zimmer und schlafen war unmöglich

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist absolut unfreundlich und kann weder guten Morgen hallo oder sonstiges wünschen, es wurden lediglich böse Blicke zugewandt und das Personal ist einfach komplett unbeholfen und braucht für alles ewig, auf Nachfrage. Nach einem Ventilator oder ähnlichem wurde man nur vertröstet, es wurde ein Wasserkocher ausgeliehen, der komplett verdreckt war.

Der Außenbereich ist mit müllübersät und es wird nicht aufgeräumt, auf der kompletten Garten und Außenanlage waren Zigarettenstummel und Müll

Für Kinder ist es komplett der Hotel komplett ungeeignet, würde ich niemals wieder empfehlen, das Spielzimmer eine absolute Volk Katastrophe. Es hat gestunken und es hat ausgesehen wie vor 50 Jahren.

Der Außenbereich ist stark, abfällig und für Kleinkindern keinster Weise zu empfehlen

Alles in allem ist es im Hotel in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und kann überhaupt nicht empfohlen werden. Die einzigen Freunde Mitarbeiter waren die Kellner im Restaurant männlicher Natur.

Das Schwimmbad war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, da im Nachhinein alle extreme Nissan Fälle hatten und die Nase verstopft war, entweder wurde hier viel zu viel Chlor ins Wasser gekippt oder andere Chemikalien

Rilassante e in linea con le aspettative
Pros:

Colazione abbondante anche alla cena abbiamo trovato quello che ci aspettavamo, abbiamo mangiato con gusto sia noi adulti che i bambini.
Posto comodo per raggiungere il parco giochi e il giardino botanico, staff gentile.

Cons:

Come family hotel migliorerei la stanza giochi un po' misera e con alcuni giochi "datati" e sfrutterei lo spazio esterno sul retro per scivoli e giochi per bambini visto che solo la piscina è un po' poco per intrattenerli.
