The night-shift manager came to my room in person, resolved the laundry issue that hadn’t been cleaned properly, and apologized in person and this kind of treatments I liked the most

Metro on door. One stop to nana and two stops to Siam. Clean rooms good service. I complaints about a noisy neighbor and it was dealt with in no time.

Its not the best 4 points I have stayed at but it was ok
breakfast was short on quality healthy foods such as chia, flax and pumpkin seeds no Greek yogurt and other healthy foods

Location is just opposite the BTS so very approachable to other locations.
The breakfast buffet was the best part and the staff was very warm and loving. Specially Tam Ning Kung..her smile would really cheer me up.. she would come and talk to me and that would really make me feel at home.. I enjoyed my stay.
I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. The ambience is really calm and room is super nice, along with the staff. The location is super convenient, locating next to the train station. Brade and Parn were wonderful with helping us check in and accommodating us with the best service
This hotel similar hotel in china make me feel good and when i need a car for go to airport Mr.Tian and Mr.Boy help me call a car and the car come quickly i like this service and Mr.Pong help my suitcase put in the car I very like them
