Pros:

From Start to Finish was a Fantastic experience,...Door Valets, Front Desk, HouseKeeping, Buffet restaurant, and Dee Lounge.

Dee Loung was nice and cool, and Nene and Pom was great with the greeting and service, they host a slice of cheese cake for Tyler's Birthday,..June 27, 2036

We booked 3 rooms at the 4 Points Ploenchit, all great comfortable rooms.

幾乎每年都會來曼谷渡假，以前都住這附近其它家飯店這次是朋友推薦首次入住這家飯店，櫃檯接待員服務很好很親切，早餐菜色與品質也不錯，是入住兩個好印象。

Cons:

地板因為有鋪設地毯，時間一久容易聚集塵蟎跟跳蚤，回國後才發現全身被咬引起皮膚過敏趕緊去醫院皮膚科看診，醫生確定是蟎蟲跟跳蚤咬傷致使，吃藥抹藥一個多禮拜還沒完全好，嚇到以後不敢再訂這家飯店

Great stay in convenient location
Pros:

Really great experience in this hotel. It was very near a meeting I was attending but also right next to the BTS station so getting to other parts of the city was super easy! Delicious breakfast, exceptional staff (particular thanks to Brade at check-in who made my stay extra smooth!), highly recommend!

A Fantastic Start to My Stay in Bangkok

I checked in yesterday at Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit, and so far my stay has been excellent.

A special thank you to Brade and Manager Pui for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome, like coming home. They took the time to understand my needs, provided helpful advice, and ensured everything was arranged smoothly.

As I needed to rush to the office, their efficiency and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated. The room they arranged is clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to settle in and focus on work while still feeling relaxed.

What stands out most is the warmth and sincerity of the service. Brade and Pui truly care about their guests and go the extra mile to make them feel valued.

Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant one so far. I look forward to returning on future visits to Bangkok.
