Un séjour gâché par des nuisances sonores liées à des travaux non annoncés et un accueil peu chaleur

Points positifs : La chambre en elle-même était propre et correctement équipée malgré les lits mal faits

Cons:

Points négatifs : Nous n'avons été informés qu'à notre arrivée que notre chambre se situait juste à côté de travaux en cours. L'hôtel était en réalité en plein chantier (couloirs bâchés, mobilier entassé, zones condamnées), avec un marteau-piqueur en fonctionnement le matin comme l'après-midi. Cette information aurait dû nous être communiquée avant la réservation ou au moment de la confirmation.
L'accueil au petit-déjeuner a également été très décevant : arrivés à 9h30, nous avons eu droit à peine à un bonjour, et le membre du personnel présent n'a cessé de soupirer bruyamment pendant toute notre présence, ce qui a rendu le moment inconfortable.

Enfin, nous avons envoyé deux emails à l'hôtel après notre séjour pour signaler ces problèmes, sans recevoir la moindre réponse à ce jour.
