The staff of the hotel were very polite and helpful . They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and help us in any way they could . Here I would like to mention Mr. Purshottam at breakfast time and Mr Prajapat was the housekeeping staff . They proved their worth of customer service .

Cons:

Well it's a small incident during our early morning check out.....I am a diabetic and I need to have certain medication early in the morning before I can take my breakfast or any major meals like breakfast. Therefore my wife had requested them a day before to give us some packed eatables ....anything even a banana would do so that i could take my diabetic medicine . And when we checked out at 4 am in the morning we expected it to be ready . But unfortunately it was not . Now getting something to eat that early in the morning in a city like jaipur is difficult and having pre-informed the hotel we never arranged for it the previous day because then it would go to waste if the hotel also would pack us something , and with such beautiful service we were sure they would .So basically it was for this small incident I had to intentionally skip my medication ( which only a diabetic can relate to ) on time and leave for the airport .well I feel they could have been a little more responsible. Thanks 🙏

2+1+1 day stay at the sarovar portico jaipur .
Pros:

The staff and restaurant at the property was very nice. We had some excellent dishes in their pavilion restaurant. Their staff at breakfast time was out to prove a point of excellence. And they did quite well

Cons:

In our room we didn't have a refrigerator and the safe provided was non-functional. The rest of the facilities were good .

Good experience rate wise, worst in food.
Pros:

Its on a cheaper side and for me the location is suitable as i get work on that side of the city.

Cons:

Quality of food is worst and who ever the chef is, doesn’t know how to cook. I stayed there for 4 days and every time I ordered food it was full of uncooked chilli and other uncooked spices. I got mouth ulcers after eating that food for 4 days. Even in breakfast i got fly in my food, i showed it to the staff there and even chef. I think road side dhaba’s serve better quality and tasty food than them.

Expensive property but clean rooms
Pros:

Decent hotel with working wifi. Clean rooms and bathroom. Ample parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was extremely spicy even for Indian standards. Housekeeping failed to provide an extra blanket for 2 days. The price is expensive compared to the facilities.
