Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Mercure Venezia-Marghera for two nights to explore Venice. We were looking for a hotel meeting modern standards of comfort for families with kids, and it was a perfect fit – clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to public transportation (a city bus takes you to the historic city center in 20 minutes). The breakfasts are excellent - they are not free, but for 15 euros you are unlikely to find anything better. It is also very convenient that the restaurant serves dinner.

Pros:

L hôtel est exceptionnel. Nous avons pris le bus à 10 min pour Venise. Le trajet est d environ 15 min. Une journée exceptionnelle.
Le personnel est très souriant, à l écoute, Bravo....

Prisvärt och välskött hotell, perfekt om man kommer med bil och ska besöka Venedig.
Pros:

Prisvärt och gratis parkering. Närliggande busshållplats med linje 6. Endast 17 minuter buss till Venedig.

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Crew, Everything Amazing.

Amazing experiencie!

We arrived almost 00:00 and the reception was fantastic! We were a group of 24 starving people and the crew called to a near by pizzaria to ask if they could wait for us to dinner. No Words for the kind and sweet treatment that they had.

The rooms are amazing, the breakfast was perfect, the hotel structure is awesome.

I’ll comeback and i recomend! It’s worth the stay!

Beware taxi costs if you need to go anywhere.
Pros:

Modern well appointed hotel. Reception staff very personable & friendly. Quite remote for eating and drinking out without calling a cab. In this regards BEWARE! Taxis will come
From Mastre and will charge you for the journey from (ie the journey to come and pick you up - about €10/11) as well as
where you want to go to. This resulted in a 3km cab ride costing €20 ouch!!. Back at hotel rooms were typical business set up but had everything you need. I would recommend for a late check in/early get up for flight or cruise stay but not suitable if you have time to kill and want to explore. If a drink is all you want then a 700m walk to the Red Bear craft ale pub is worth the trek.

Das Beste an Marghera!
Pros:

Große, schön ausgestattete Zimmer. Nette kleine Bar mit (ebenso wie im Restaurant) echt vernünftigen Preisen. Perfekte Lage, um von den meisten Venedig-Rad-Rücktransporten abgeholt zu werden.

Cons:

Die Bäder könnten renoviert werden (grüne Fliesen und Badewannen-Dusche).
