Fantastic experience for first time ski holiday and would definitely consider a return trip.
Pros:

Location excellent for ease of slopes for new skiers or those wanting quick access. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Food at buffet was a wide choice with plenty fruit and veg. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Choice of after ski relaxation for our children 10-14 was a bit limited as no access to spa to under 16s. No soft furnishes in main reception atrium so noise reverberates in the evening.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien. Con una ubicación excelente y con las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas, es un hotel con mucho potencial.

Cons:

Lo peor ha sido el servicio del personal, la limpieza y la comida. Es una lástima porque es un hotel mucho potencial. De 4 días de estancia, 2 no nos hicieron limpieza de la habitación. Además, las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias.

Même si l’hôtel est agréable, les prestations ne correspondent pas à un 4 étoiles. Trop cher rapport qualité prix.

Très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, hormis le restaurant l'hôtel est calme, très bien situé, le spa offre un bon moment de détente, les casiers à skis sont bien conçus, salons très confortables dans le bar et le hall.

Cons:

C'était bruyant dans le restaurant (peut être isoler un peu entre les tables), les buffets sont toujours un peu semblables, corrects.
